Useful busy Family Freezer

Purchased to store additional family food and those bulky purchases from CostCo. Baskets - for $36 I purchased 3 14x16x8 white wire baskets that fill one side of the freezer from Home Depot search "closetmaid 1088". They stack on top and have room to reach inside making it easy to organize food. Internal dimensions are 19" x 37" with height of 26", but one side has a block where machinery goes that removes a 19x9x9 block spanning the depth. The existing basket is 9" wide by 7" deep and spans the 19" depth. This basket slides from one side of the freezer to the next. Operating noise is low (slightly quieter than my 3yr old kitchen fridge freezer). Assuming it holds up for a few years I think its well worth the 230 sale price and will pay for itself if it saves my family from having to eat out 3 times due to lack of food in the house.

Simply worked great with non-US unlocked phone

Brought in my LG G3 unlocked phone which I bought in Singapore where I live. Have used this phone with SIM cards bought in UK, Australia and Asia so as not to be charged outrageous roaming fees. I first tried the Verizon SIM but it would only work with Verizon-branded phones. This Cricket SIM worked great. After the purchase, I called in to Cricket to activate the SIM and was given a choice of phone numbers to assign to my SIM. Customer Service from local human was excellent. One unrelated tip, all phones sold in Singapore are unlocked and products are always legitimate. I will probably always buy my phones from there so as not to get 'locked' phones that the US somehow forces on us.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Set up your existing Verizon Prepaid 4G cell phone with this Verizon Wireless Prepaid kit, which contains a PIN for a 1-month airtime plan with 30 days of unlimited talk and text and 1GB of data, plus a nano SIM card and SIM card adapter tray.

Only works with Verizon branded phones

The "bring your own phone" written on the packaging is quite misleading when this SIM only works with Verizon branded phones. I was looking for a SIM I can slip into my unlocked LG G3 as I have done throughout Asia, UK and Australia with their local SIMs (eg Vodafone). I called Verizon and they confirmed this SIM would not work with my unlocked non-Verizon phone. Best Buy were great and refunded. I bought the Cricket SIM and couldn't be happier. Will likely use Cricket permanently when I return to live in US. Anyone traveling to the US should buy the Cricket SIM for $10 and then call in to Cricket to activate and credit the SIM card. No ID needed for this SIM.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

when i defrost the freezer how will the liquid from the ice buildup drain?
There is a plug on the floor inside the freezer and a 2nd plug covering a drain outlet on the outside front about 2 inches off the ground. You unplug both and the melted ice drains through both plugs onto a pan you've put in front of the freezer.

Does this have a lock?
No lock and I doubt you could screw one in without fatally damaging it.

What are the interior dimensions of the chest freezer?
I need to know the interior dimensions before I can purchase the chest freezer. Those should include interior cavity height, width, and depth, as well as the height, width, and depth of the compressor hump.

Interior is 19" deep, 26" high and 37.75" wide. The compressor is on the right-side floor, it spans the depth and measures 9"x9" x 19". For sake of clarity, by depth I mean distance from front (where your waist is) to back horizontally - not depth looking vertically down. I measured twice cuz I know how important these dimensions can be. Hope this helps.
