I use it in...:Small home
My sister had poor performance through her 1930's house floor. It was a cheapo Trendnet router. I swapped it out for this Apple refurb and the problem was solved. Very easy to setup with the Apple App on a pc. We went from a 2mbs upstairs to 36mbs. It's much smaller than the previous generation which I use. They left out the other 3 LAN ports. I was thinking about giving her the old one and keeping the newer generation but not when I saw that.
My Best Buy number: 965663807
What's great about it: wireless signal through wall n floors
What's not so great: Only one LAN port.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have a D-Link router G, if I replace it, should be G or doesn't matter any letter?

The wireless G signal is really really old. I bet you would have a hard time finding devices that still connect to it. Wireless N is the standard now and Wireless AC is fairly new and will be more popular soon. The newer signals get you extra speed and range. It really depends on what you want to use it for. If you have a really old equipment that doesn't have to extend too far then G will probably be fine.
