I use it in...:Small home
Bought this in July of 2012. Lasted till November when the wireless portion went out. Tried resetting and reentering configuration to no avail. First tech assist told me to do what I have already done. Told him such and he gave me the escalation number. Called them and was sent a refurbished one. Had to pay for return of mine. The refurbished went out in one month. Called escalation number and explained problem. They sent me another refurbished model with a new power supply. This unit lasted only one week. Have to do several power ups before it will sync to DSL ISP. Have called again, Dec 26, and have informed them to send me a brand new one and not a refurbished one. We'll see how long this one lasts and if I get a brand new model.
What's great about it: Price
What's not so great: Not dependable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
