I have had this stove for a few weeks. The appearance is awesome. The Silver Mist looks great but is much easier to keep clean than stainless steel. The looks fits well in my kitchen, which I would consider an average kitchen. It is quick to boil water. The oven cooks evenly but does seem to heat up my kitchen more than my old stove. I don't really like the broiler in the bottom drawer and the description wasn't really clear on it's location. In one place it said it was in the drawer and in another it said it was in the oven. I haven't tried it out yet so I can't comment on the variable broiling settings. It doesn't have a self cleaning oven but I never used that feature on my other stove so why pay extra for it.
The price was great, beating other stores by $100. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I am a little disappointed that the grates on top move around very easily so you really have to watch it when you go to move your pots or pans.
What's great about it: the look, quick to boil,
What's not so great: seems to heat up the kitchen more than my old stove, grates move around a lot
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this stove for one year and two weeks now. Up until today I have really liked the stove but this morning I went to turn on the oven and the black control panel just snapped right off and into the back of the stove. This piece is only held on by four plastic clips on the sides. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that the pressure of pushing the buttons to turn the stove on and adjust temperatures is going to make the plastic clips snap right off. It is outside the one year warranty but Frigidaire was going to be generous and pay for the parts but I would have to pay for the repairman. I live in northeast Nebraska and Frigidaire doesn't have any certified repairman so now I have to wait up to 48 hours for them to just locate one. I would imagine the repairman won't come the same day so I am guessing it will take around 4 or 5 days just to get a repairman here. Now I realize I live in a rural area and am used to having to wait but this just seems ridiculous to me. At least I can use the stove I just have to tape the control panel to the top of the stove. Looks really nice. :)
Needless to say I am done with Frigidaire. The stove was not expensive but I would expect a little better craftsmanship than this. It is obviously a design flaw and I can't believe more people haven't complained about this issue.
