Quiet, affordable way to max out a 1080p monitor

I was able to upgrade my Dell XPS 8900 with this card. However, it barely fit and having a USB extension cable for a standard USB motherboard connector would have made installation easier.
I think the large size accommodates a good cooling system, however.
The manufacturer recommends a minimum power supply of only 400 watts and a power monitor verifies that my upgraded desktop usually doesn't draw much more than 100 watts total while gaming.
I recommend this card with the caveat that if you are unsure that a 9.85" x 4.53" card won't be too much of a hassle, consider a smaller card.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Flawed product; avoid Remington
on August 22, 2011

The first reviewer of the product was absolutely correct; it is a piece of junk.
I am unable to trim my bead with this product. I have used at least two other products for trimming and they work. The problem with this model is that the piece for trimming beards has a large gap in it so that you can only trim hair consistently on surfaces that do not vary in curvature. However, if you have a chin or a jaw, like a normal human being, you'll find that the design makes no sense at all. Furthermore, the piece juts out in such a way that you jab your nose when you try to trim your mustache.
The manual's picture for the beard trimmer looks nothing like the actual part--it actually covers the cutters. I went to the manufacturer's website and found the same picture for the part as in the manual. I ordered this new part. When the part arrived in the mail, I got a third type of part, one for trimming hair at longer than 9/16 of an inch.
It seems that Remington made a last-minute design change that does not work and they won't send you a part from the original design.
I am now going to write to Remington to complain.
What's great about it: NOTHING
What's not so great: Flawed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
