This architectural speaker features a paintable aluminum grille that provides rust protection when mounted in moisture-prone areas, such as bathrooms, kitchens and saunas. The 1" dome tweeter distributes smooth, clear sound over a wide area.

Pleasantly surprised by how good these sound

I purchased a pair of these Klipsch speakers for sound in my dining room and living room area. I expected decent sound from Klipsch but had reasonably low expectations regarding a nice full sound. Installation of these speakers was very simple and clean. The hardest part for me was running wires but that's due to having imbecile builders that closed up the walls before running the wires.
The speakers have a very clean, full sound and considering their size, they have plenty of clean bass for my application. I can play these soft or loud and they sound great. In true Klipsch form they perform with low power better than most small speakers.
I can't recommend these highly enough for their performance, fit and finish, and price.
My Best Buy number: 732761002
What's great about it: Clean overall sound and a nice professional look.
What's not so great: Nothing

Simply put, Apple TV is a great product.

I use it in...:Small home
I'm an engineer and creator of home automation and theater systems.
I was looking for a low cost video product that I could use on a TV in a vacation home without purchasing a new TiVo Premiere and TiVo mini streaming device. Understand, I am a huge TiVo fan and own 6 boxes already. I am also tired of paying ridiculous amounts for cable TV for loads of channels I don't need or watch. I was looking for a product with great HD content as well as the AirPlay streaming features so I could stream content from apps on my iPad as well as mirror the screen.
I've used Netflix streaming as well as Hulu Plus on my TiVos and while they work the performance of these apps on Apple TV is just amazing. The user interface on Apple TV is extremely easy to use. Setting up the WiFi was ridiculously simple and flawless. I tried this on two different WiFi setups in different homes. Both homes had WiFi N based networks and the access points were not close to the Apple TV. I was amazed at how well the streaming content played. I've had zero hiccups and was fully expecting to with the WiFi. I have access to wired ethernet but have not hooked it up yet and didn't need to.
The Airplay feature was one of the big ones I was looking for and it worked really well and was also very simple to get going. I'm an expert high tech developer but also good at evaluating user experience as that's part of my job and have to believe that this device could be used by anyone with a little experience using a WiFi based device like a laptop, cell phone, etc.
The other bonus feature was the ability to stream music and videos from my iTunes on my home network. This worked beyond all expectations and was a huge bonus I wasn't really counting on but now plan to make as much of my video content available on my home network to play through this device.
If you haven't guessed from reading by now I highly recommend this device. And no, I don't work for Apple :-)
What's great about it: Ease of setup, ease of use, great performance, and seamless integration with other Apple devices.
What's not so great: If it had a Slingplayer app it would be unbeatable!

Great product, limited range

I purchased this product to extend an HD TiVo into another room. The receivers were about 60' apart on a single floor ranch. The product initially sync'd up fine but the picture was grainy, almost as if it was dropping frames. The signal meter showed 1 bar. I called Actiontec's support and they were great. They informed me I needed to update the firmware. This was very easy to do. Once I updated it the product worked well for a while. The signal meter now showed 1-2 bars but based on whether something got moved into its path this adversely affected the signal. The remote worked via the IR blaster but it was not as responsive which I attribute to the poor signal due to the distance.
I know the review sounds negative but it's not meant to. This product just didn't work with the obstacles and distance in my home but I'm certain with a little extra signal or shorter range this would have been great. The box claimed it could handle distances of 150 feet. I have to disagree with that or maybe my house just had to many obstacles.
Most homes would have shorter distance between the transmitter and receiver so I'd suggest if you need a wireless solution you give this a try.
What's great about it: "Just worked" and the support from Actiontec was top notch.
What's not so great: Just not great at the 60 foot distance I needed the signal to go.

Great mount, great price.

I purchased this mount for a Sony 32" LCD set. I needed to mount this in the corner and the mount was perfect. for this application.
The only issue I had was that I needed to purchase screws to mount the bracket to the TV. The screws that came with the unit were either to short (only a thread or two caught) or to long. Purchased screws at the local hardware store for less than $2 and the mount secured to the TV very well.
What's great about it: Price, construction quality, and functionality.
What's not so great: I had to purchase the right size screws. This is minor for such a great mount.
