If I need hardware, tell me that before I drop off

I ordered the deck and installation on line. I set up an appointment to install and dropped off the car. I was then told that they would need to order additional hardware that will take about two weeks to get in.
I wasted a good part of my Saturday for this and see no reason that the online purchase or scheduling web site could not have mentioned this.

What's great about it: Easy to schedule
What's not so great: waste of my time
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
