Surprisingly Nice Mid range Buds!

Right out of the box, these earbuds, were very easy to pair to both a Samsung phone and an iPad. Multi point provides a start up message that there are 2 devices connected when you first put them in your ears, which I happen to like.
The case is compact and opens easily. The magnets in the case are moderate, but not overly strong. The buds can be removed easily and quickly. The buds themselves have a good shape to them and I can place them in the ear without fumbling around.
Music Presets are: Neutral, Speech, Bass Boost, Treble boost, Smooth Energize. Of course you can customize the equalizer and save your modifications.
Alexa, Siri, and Google Assistant are built in.

You can use either ear bud while the other is charging.
Most earbuds give me ear fatigue after awhile, but not these. Amazingly, I experienced no ear fatigue with wearing these for several hours at a time!
3 pairs of round silicon EarGels (S, M, L) come with it. Also included are a USB-A to USB-C cable and a discreet wireless charging pad. The round pad fits the earbud case perfectly.

The Spotify interface is a little wonky for me, so I need to play around with that more, but I'm sure it works well, as its been fine for me on other Jabra devices.
Calls were loud and clear, so these buds have no real weaknesses, and are a good value and at a fair price.
would recommend these for sure!

cool device, not the answer for large outdoor area

The box that showed up to my house is very large, and the bottom had some sharp things sticking out of it; turns out thats the base that needs to be installed, so once removed from the box, it was necessary to flip this thing over to assemble the base, kind of dangerous.
There are lots of plastic spacers keeping the front grill rigid, so dont forget to remove those, like I almost did!
Anyways, once setup, this thing looks impressive, the light on top is kinda different, and being able to pair it with a bluetooth source is an interesting addition for an outdoor heater..
Of course there is an app, just like every other device now a days, and you really need to download it, to enjoy all the features this heater offers.
I saw a previous customer said this thing shuts off after 30 minutes on high, which seemed kind of unusual, but I tried that right away, running it in my AC cooled family room, since its still too hot in phoenix to test a heater outside, and I found a similar bug; after about 35 minutes, my unit also shut off, and I had to wait awhile for it to "cool down" so I could use it again.
Also, it doesn't really "blow" the heat out very far, so not sure if it will do much versus what my propane heater does for my patio once it cools down enough to use it outside.
I like the lights, the speaker, and the look of the heater, but I dont think its worth the retail price, especially if you need to warm a larger area.
I will revisit this review once "winter" actually comes to phoenix, but this wont be my first choice for heating my patio area at this point, especially at this price point.

even though almost every new device, aside from most devices made by Apple, now use a usb-c port to charge and transfer any data you need to transfer, there are not a lot of high power, usb chargers with just usb c connections, and, if they have them there is usually only opne port, and it it not a high power charger. There used to be a few chargers like this, mostly with a single usb port, but this one is different; it has two ports, and has a high rate of charging at 65 watts.
Its compact design allows you to use it in tighter spaces than a full size one, and, it stays nice and cool when in use. The white color blends in nicely with any room decor, and, the power tabs fold in and out easily,. making it a breeze to use.
You have alot of choices when it comes to usb chargers, and the insignia brand is one of the better values out in the market.

Newest offering of the Pixel series is just ok

I've owned several Google phones in my life,but nothing since the Nexus 6 phone, which was a top of line offering when it came out 8 years ago. I was anxious to see what these newest Pixel phones were compared to the Nexus, so I was kind of surprised to see how "budget" this latest offering was from Google.
I like the smaller size of 6.1 inches, after owning so many XL sized phones, and I also current own a Samsung s22 Ultra, so this guy felt nice and compact compared to that and a few others I have had recently.
It was kind of disappointing not to see wireless charging and such a low (60hz) refresh rate on a phone in 2022, but, considering this phone is marketed as a "budget" model, I guess you have to sacrifice some things to keep the price in check.It also does not have fast charge, so it takes awhile to charge this guy up. the battery didnt really last all day for me, in heavy use, so keep that in mind.

Fortunately it still has the excellent Pixel camera that has been a trademark of the recent Google phones, although I am not a fan of the weird camera "bump" that spans across the back of the phone.
The under screen finger print sensor works ok, but there is no face unlock, so get used to using your fingerprint to unlock this phone, which, in my testing didnt work quickly every single time.Plus, I found it strange that Google decided to place the power button ABOVE the volume rocker; every phone I have ever owned had the power button below the volume rocker.
If you care about long term software support, google will give you 4 years of updates, so this thing will be current for a long time, but not sure how the all plastic body of this phone will last in the long run. I keep it in a case, and will put a screen protector on it, so that should help.
All told its a decent, budget phone, and if you are looking to keep things under 500 dollars for a new phone, this fits the bill well; although the step up model Pixel 6 has been on sale several time recently for around the same price, so if you want some additional features in the same price range, you might want to look at that one too. You wont be disappointed either way!

Excellent in most ways!

I was excited at the thought of getting this new Alienware pc to review, since I have owned several Alienware products over the years, but never owned once since Dell bought them out.
It was obvious that this machine had top of the line specs and components, and, obviously, there was a ton of savings to be had buying this thing all assembled with top notch hardware installed at Dell.
It shipped in a super protective large box, that was sort of like a puzzle to open and re close, but the machine was super protected, very thick sponge padding, and a layer of static plastic around almost all the external parts; lots of plastic, but thats what everything is made out of now a days, so it wasnt surprising.
It was obvious that this machine had top of the line specs and components, and, obviously, there was a ton of savings to be had buying this thing all assembled with top notch hardware installed at Dell.

Lots of open slots for expansion, lots of ports on the rear and the front, and of course the lighting effects are "out of this world"
also equipped with the latest I9 Intel processor, this machine flies, and doesnt slow down one bit no matter how many programs you having running on it, and, it can handle any game out there now, at full resolution with no stutter or blocking what so ever.
my only "gripes" if you can call it that, is the lack of a real air flow/cooling solution, and a weird water cooling setup' the fans dont pass enough air through the case to keep things cool during extreme gaming, and the water cooling housing doesnt look like any brand that I have ever seen or heard of, so hoping that those items wont cause any premature failures.
I've paired this with the Alienware 38inch widescreen monitor, and together this setup is fantastic!
If you are looking for a pre built gaming rig, you'd be hard pressed to find a better overall package at this price anywhere else!

Massive size, not too big to handle

This review is for a Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 16” OLED Touch Laptop 12th Gen Intel Core i7 16GB Memory 512GB SSD –NVIDIA GeForce MX550 , in Atlantic Green color.
At first, when I opened the box, I was a bit concerned at how massive this laptop is; a 16 inch screen in a laptop is not typical, but, after taking this out and opening it up, it was obvious that this was going to be alot easier to deal with than I first thought.
I like where the power button is, and, its nice to have USB -C inputs on this thing..so many electronics are still using micro USB, even in 2022!
Turning the massive screen on, I was immediately impressed by how clear and sharp this display was; so many laptops have poor displays, even at this price, but you could tell immediately that this was an OLED screen, which I love on my living room tv, and it was similarly impressive here too.
The trac pad, although very large, wasnt working the way I expected it too, so it took awhile to go into the control panel and make it right. Once I did, it worked as expected.
One of the disappointing things is that on a cutting edge laptop, with a wifi 6E network card, there is no eithernet port to plug a wire into..my home wifi is super fast, but being able to plug an ethernet cable in would have made it more impressive.
The specs are all pretty high end, 16 gigs of RAM, a SSD HD, Intel's latest I7 processor, and even the sound from laptop speakers was better than expected
The internal fan is a little loud, but nothing that kept me from enjoying everything else about this laptop; full size illuminated keyboard is a nice touch as well

Its not perfect, and not the greatest high end laptop out there, but its a solid choice in this price range, and, the display is way above average, as is the feel and the weight isnt as bad as you might think given the size.

Very well made and solid

I have used several brands of surge protectors before, some super cheap, and some way over priced, and this one falls somewhere in the middle.
It comes in a very impressive box, and upon opening it, you are even more impressed with the build, weight, and construction of this unit. It has a very solid 3 prong plug, its power cord is a heavy duty braided one, and, to my surprise it also has USB C outlets and USB A outlets on it as well..very nice!
It has light to show you which outlets are working, a very long power cable for ease of placement, and it has enough heft to stay in place, no matter how many large transformers are plugged into it.
The difference between this unit and so many others is that you have the peace of mind you think you will have when you plug your expensive gear into this. The cheap crap is simply crap. No two ways about it. Tripp Lite used to be my go to power protection brand, some others are excellent, but this is simply the best 'peace of mind' I've ever had to protect my gear!
If you want top tier power protection with all the inputs you need, look no further, as this is it!

Plenty of Suction, but not alot more

I have had several cordless stick vacs before, so I was anxious to see how this one fared against some of the others. Its nice and light, well made, not too loud, and has alot of attachments.
While using the various attachments, I noticed how it did not pivot cleanly the way my Dyson does, plus, running the carpet cleaning power head, I noticed the roller was jumping off the carpet every few feet, refusing to stay down.The wood floor head worked fine, but the carpet power head was a big disappointment.
Plus, the capacity of the dust cup is really small, and, unlike the Dyson, which has a lever that allows you to "slam" the dirt out of the cup, this one has no way to get the stuck hair and crud out of the dirt cup, without sticking your hand in and pulling it out. The filter is the machine is unusual, in that you get a filter "cleaner" which allows you to insert the dirty filter in it, run the mechanism, and it cleans your filter for you...we'll see how that works

excellent functionality, but a memory hog

I haven’t used a Photoshop app in more than five years. The redemption and installation process for the newest release of Adobe Elements 2022 and Premier Elements 2022 is somewhat convoluted and time consuming, compared to a normal Windows app installation. In addition, you need to use the Adobe Account Access App on your cell phone as part of the 2 factor security authorization. After I finally got everything installed, Elements immediately searched my Windows PC, as well as 2 of my cloud accounts (Dropbox and One Drive) and imported meta data for all of my photos into the Elements 2022 Organizer. That’s a nice feature to have—it maintains a database of your photos, making it easy to locate images, no matter where they reside. Again, this takes some time for this process. It took about 45 minutes before I could get to the point where I could actually use the program.
The initial Elements interface has several levels based on your experience. A search box at the top allows you to ask a question. Or you can choose from a row of possible tasks (remove unwanted objects from your photos, create a slide show) and then it guides you through the process. If you’re an experienced user, you can go directly into Photo Editor or Video Editor. You can confirm your previously used versions and it will provide you with examples of effects on photos from your own library. It generated layers and masks to help me easily create a multi picture collage. I did not try any videos yet. When you access the Photo Editor, you can choose between Quick, Guided, Expert. The functionality is robust and the built in assistance guides you through various types of picture and video tasks, so you don’t need to have a lot of prior experience.
Unfortunately, it loads an updater into your start up group, which does not seem to play nice with Windows 11. I had to remove several of the Adobe programs from my start up group because it caused my PC to behave erratically. I have 16 gigs of RAM, an Intel 11th Gen i7 280 GHz processor, so maybe it’s possible this product has not been fully optimized for Windows 11. Although it has great functionality, it is certainly a memory hog. I recommend closing all your other apps if you are going to do any serious photo work.

I have owned dozens of true wireless earbuds, so I am pretty experienced with this catagory, and I can say that these are a NO GO.
very poor call quality with multiple phones, everyone complained I sounded horrible with an echo, and lots of crackling, and the music quality is sub par as well..tried all sorts of eargels, and 3 different phones, and not only are that not easy to pair with android devices, but the sound quality is poor all around

Connect the router, and was unable to connect to the Internet. After a few tries, it did connect.
The next day, the connection was down. So, I replaced the router.
The second router would not connect. After substantial trial and error, I finally changed the MTU setting to 1300 from the default 1500. After doing some searching on the Internet, I did find that changing to 1400 would be adequate. The Internet connection is now up and running.
Oddly, the configuration on the "Basic" tab of the of the router's configuration is saying that the Internet is down.
Sheesh ... I hate being a beta tester for a released product!!! Particularly at the price point for this one.
That being said, the router's performance on the wired segment and the wireless segment does seem to be stable and performing as expected; and my expectations are high after doing some substantial research prior to purchasing this router..
Netgear support is abysmal. I attempted to call their support number, and after a number of rings the line went blank with no message #3 attempts#, The chat service took over a half an hour waiting in queue, and when finally supposedly connecting to a representative, the chat was dropped saying that there was no representative available #three attempts#. Opened a case via e-mail support, and received a stupid response with a link to a support web page and related links that I had already researched.
I've decided to keep the router for the time being as the performance, particularly on the wireless segment, it the best I've seen. I'm hoping Negear fixes the bugs in the firmware.
I also suspect, at least for the short term, a lot of users are going to return this product to the point of purchase because they won't be able to connect to the internet. I also suspect that Netgear is going to get a lot of support calls on this one, and people are going to be upset with the poor support received.

I've set up dozens of new routers in my life, so I thought this system would be a breeze to setup, but it was a long, drawn out process.
It seemed easy enough, using your cell phone, after downloading the linksys app, but, it took me numerous attempts with my Nexus 6 to get the modem and the first unit to sync; eventually, I used my pixel xl phone, and it finally made the connection. Be aware you may have to use the back button on your phone to go backwards in the setup menu, which i had to do to get the initial setup to complete.
After the first unit was setup, it was a breeze to get the other 2 units to connect to the network.
I've tested it running 2- 4kUHD streams and a 1080p movie wirelessly, with out a hitch, and at the same time got top speeds while running speed tests at the same time, so, having enough bandwidth was no issue; I have a total of 15 devices connected to my network, and they all connect as fast as they ever did with my previous top of the line router.
I have the units on 3 different floors in my house, and the speeds are the same on all 3 levels, so this system can easily handle a large house with multi floors.
This will definitely solve any wifi coverage issues you may have had in the past; just make sure you have at least an hour to work on setting up the 3 stations!

So, after dealing with issues with this setup for 7 days now, I must modify my review to say I do NOT recommend this product.
I have gone through 7 days or it working fine, then not working right, then speeds work as they should, then dropping off to almost zero, so there is something not quite right yet with this system.
Linksys support has been great, helping me with phone calls, emails, and follow up, but I just don't think the firmware for this product is worth of release status at this point.
My netgear A7200 nighthawk router, which is setup on the second floor office in my house, gives me consistent maximum speeds everywhere in my house, all the time, never wavering, but, the linksys velop system did not provide the consistency that the Netgear router gives me. I am on a fast Comcast connection, getting downloads of 180 megs and uploads of 25 megs everywhere in my house with the Netgear router, yet, the linksys velop would vary anywhere from 180 megs down, to 20 megs down, and, it didn't matter what time of day, or how many devices I had connected at the same time.
I really wanted to like the Linksys Velop, and, I assume, in the future, these issues will get ironed out. But, at this time, the lack of consistent, high speed download speed was not what I want/need in my home network routing setup.

Does it project the sound forward so that if put in a tv stand or console the sound is not negatively affected?
it should, although the "Atmos" channels, project sound upwards, so you may not get the Atmos channel sounding like you would if it was out in the open

I don’t need to have rear surrounds in my setup, if I leave the detachable speakers attached will the act as surrounds or front wides?
most likely they will act as surrounds, since you cant specify in the setup how you want them to decode..

not quite the bass punch as the higher priced sonos sound bars, and quite a bit more compact, but its also 300 bucks less..
