Inaccurate info from Best Buy, poor build quality

How Often Used:1-2 times a week
Best Buy failed to provide accurate description -- there is no volume control at all.
Build quality is poor, comparing to Scosche. For same amount of money, you can buy this Scosche earphones on Amazon, "Scosche Increased Dynamic Range Noise Isolation Earphones with tapLINE II Remote and Mic (Dark)", with volume control and travel pouch included.
Besides, the location for the control button should have been lower.
What's not so great: No volume control as BestBuy stated
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
