Poor Quality and Service

LED back light failed after 6 months. Sent back to Acer for warranty repair and they blamed failure on liquid spill which was not the case. ACER deemed the laptop a total loss and sent it back without fixing. Keep in mind everything works other than the back light. I can see LCD works when shining flashlight on screen. Very disappointed. Have since purchased a Dell and using the ACER as a desktop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
