Incredible picture!

I am blown away by the big, beautiful, colorful picture this TV offers. The smart-TV features are good, and much better than on my previous Sony, although I still prefer using my Apple TV box with the set. But I bought the television for its picture and I am more than pleased with that!

Wonderful TV, unreliable app system

I love the picture on this Sony -- it exceeded my expectations. But the apps often lose their connectivity despite a strong wifi signal. This does not happen with my Apple TV or Sony blu-ray, which are connected to the TV. An email about this problem to Sony support went unanswered.

I would recommend this to a friend!

Wifi and connectivity a big issue

Purchased the TV, took it home set it up and attempted to update The firmware but it would just spin forever. Every time I turned the TV off it would lose all the saved settings and my wifi name etc. it would ask me, "do you want to setup your set top box?" I had to go through these steps every time I turned it off. There is a forum with many others having this same issue with this TV. I have 3 other TVs with no issues. Returned and bought a Samsung and although it was $300.00 more it works flawlessly!

I had somewhat similar problems when first setting up my TV. I called Sony customer service and the rep was very helpful. TV has worked wonderfully since then.
