Good Stand - But the color is brown

Ordered this online for in-store pickup because I wanted the product the same day. Loved the gray look in the pictures so much that I did not read the reviews which stated that the product is not gray. After unloading the box from my car by myself (which is quite heavy and really requires two people) and taking out all of the contents, I started to realize that the color is truly brown. There was no way I would be able to pack everything back up in the box the way it came from the manufacturer, load it back up into my car, and return it since the Best Buy was about 35 minutes from my house each way so I reluctantly chose to keep it and assemble it. Assembly itself was fairly easy. Too bad the color was not as described.

Is assembly required or does this come fully assembled?

Assembly is required but keep in mind the product may not be the gray color that is represented. I thought I was getting a gray stand but it turned out to be brown.
