shooter not a action RPG

i think somewhere developers decided that if you can level up anything its a RPG, but they need to realize that just because you can level up stats doesn't make a game a RPG, i picked it up thinking that it was a action RPG, WRONG!!! this is a shooter in every way, and the 3rd person mode is almost useless, i took it back the next day!
What's great about it: looks okay
What's not so great: NOT a RPG at all
