Performance is terrible

Compatible with...:PC
Installation is quite easy. Cloud access was easy to configure.
Backing up via the included WD SmartWare is unsatisfactory.
14 hours into a backup and only 13.85 gig has made it to the drive. Less than a gig an hour. Gig E NIC on the computer, router, and MyCloud. The lights on the MyCloud NIC indicate it has auto-negotiated to GigE.
Running WD SmartWave Pro 2.2.1 and Firmware 3.01.04-139

My Best Buy number: 105844516
What's great about it: Easy to set up
What's not so great: Transfer speeds unsatisfactory
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In the spirit of openness -
Thank you for the response. I find it interesting that a poor review on Best Buy gets a response quicker that submitting two tickets in to WD. Tickets 122713-7897620 and 122713-7894742 refer and are still unanswered.
I've spent the better part of the day walking through the WD support channel. I've assigned a static IP, I've reset with a paper clip, I've reset via the software, I've turned off media streaming all to no luck.
I've manually created a new share instead of using the auto-generated SmartWare share and have attempted another backup. I've managed to get 14GB over in a little over an hour.
I want to keep this, I just need it to work.
