Not worth the price

I picked this product because of GE's usually good reputation. Because it was big enough to hold my casserole dish and the look of stainless ....BUT after 10 months of moderate use it died last night . Powers on but won't heat ! ....expensive boat anchor!
What's great about it: Size and looks
What's not so great: died in less than a year !
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
