I bought these to use at work and I love them. I work five 10 hours days welding and I am always listening to Pandora through the bluetooth on my phone and have had no problems at all over the last 5 months I've had these. A very few times, the bluetooth has disconnected, but I don't know if it is the headphones or my phone. It rarely happens, but when it does, I just reach up and shut them off for about ten seconds and then turn it on and it always reconnects. I didn't think these would hold up with all the sparks from the welding (I do keep them covered under my collar) but they have and I expect them to last for a long time. I like the fact that when I am connected to my phone, it will vibrate and I just reach up and push the phone button and answer the call and even though I am not supposed to be on my phone, no one has any idea I am talking (the bosses might see my lips moving but they think I am probably just singing). The work area is loud but I can still talk to my daughter and she can hear me just fine. I also love the ear buds...they fit perfectly in my ears and never fall out. The charge also lasts a long time (my whole 10 hour shift). I got them on sale for just under twenty-five bucks, so I am very happy with these.

Drove an hour and a half to pick this up, got home and put it in my laptop to replace my smaller SSD and nothing...dead. I put my other one back in and it works fine. Kind of sucks because I know they will be all out of these when I bring it back to exchange it (another 1 1/2 hour drive). Lost money all the way around.

Just got this a few days ago and I love it! I do a lot of intense video editing (GoPro and 4K drone video) and this laptop is exactly what I was looking for and is FAST (even with a 5400rpm hard drive). I've owned a lot of laptops and this blows them all away. I love everything about it! The quality of the whole laptop is amazing and beautiful. I have no idea why the one guy gave a bad review for specs he knew about the laptop and bought it anyways and gave it a bad rating...weird. Trust me, this is well made, fast, sleek and gorgeous! If you can get into Best Buy and have a look at it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Do they vibrate on an incoming call?
Yes, it scared me the first time because I didn't know they did that! lol
