This microwave is quiet and full of features

I purchased this OTR microwave as an upgrade to all stainless steel appliances in my kitchen. It looks fantastic! This microwave also is loaded with lots of features to automate common tasks such as reheating food, popping popcorn, softening/melting butter, and heating up common foods kids enjoy (chicken nuggets, frozen pizza, etc). It comes with a vegetable steamer bowl, turntable rack for stacking items when microwaving, and a rack for use with the convection oven feature. Yes, it doubles as a convection oven, which so far I have found is excellent for baking a small batch of fresh cookies without the worry of heating up the entire house. It also is extremely quiet (when using as a microwave). It is a considerably louder when used as a convection oven. I also feel awkward putting metal in during the convection cycles.
I would give this microwave 5 stars if not for a few minor annoyances:
1. The user manual has so little information in it that you really just have to push the buttons to learn how to use various features. Whirlpool offers the same manual online with no additional use information. I would have loved a "tips & tricks" guide that gives suggestions for best results and possibly even a recipe or two.
2. The "food is ready" or "timer done" tones are fairly soft and could be hard to hear in loud environments or by someone with a hearing difficulty. What I believe is the volume adjustment is already at the max setting. At least the tones used are pleasant-sounding (think flight attendant call chime on a plane).
Overall, I'm very happy with the performance, features, and style of this OTR microwave.

Easily prepare a variety of recipes with this Whirlpool WFG715H0ES freestanding gas range, which features a 5.8 cu. ft. oven and 5 burners that deliver between 5,000 and 17,000 BTUs of heat. True Convection cooking promotes fast, consistent heating.

I upgraded to this gas range from a Whirlpool electric range and have been beyond impressed! Its stainless steel appearance is beautiful in my kitchen! I love all the automated features which are even easier to use with the numbered keypad. The 5 burners are different sizes. The 2 large ones in the front heat up very quickly. The griddle was a nice surprise that I missed seeing in the product description. The warming drawer is also a nice bonus. I had the range installed by Best Buy, and they surpassed my expectations every step of the way. My only complaint is that I have to find a new place to store my oven pans since the warming drawer took the place of my storage drawer.

I debated buying an AppleTV for a couple of years and finally gave in to the temptation. I'm glad I did! Hookup was a breeze - just plug in the power and an HDMI cable. Setup was as easy as entering the information for my WiFi network.
I have a smart TV that seemed to have trouble playing Netflix and other streaming media services. I was using a gaming console as a workaround to avoid the frequent rebuffering, but I was not a fan of the monthly charge to have online access with the gaming console. I wasn't really getting anything out of it! Well, AppleTV does not charge a monthly fee. You only have to pay the monthly fees to Netflix, Hulu, or whatever other services you use. On top of that, you can broadcast output from you iPad or Mac to your television. YouTube is also available, and HD videos are pristine! Another favorite feature is the ability to play from iTunes on my PC, Mac, iPhone, or iPad wirelessly through the AppleTV and eventually through my surround sound system. I use it almost daily!
My only complaint is the tiny metallic remote. It's easy to lose track of it. While having only a few buttons makes it easy to use, it also makes it necessary to arrow and thumb through menus to type words. Luckily, the way it interfaces with the iPad enables you to use the iPad to do typing and send videos from video providers back through the TV. All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase and highly recommend AppleTV. In fact, it may be on the Christmas list for some lucky family members this year!

I love this cable so much for my car (because it retracts and is easily put out of the way when not in use) that I got one as a gift for someone else! Never had a problem, only sometimes wish it was a little longer.

I lost my Griffin charger and bought this just to make sure I have one. It's a piece of junk. It won't stay plugged into my phone at all. Just moving the phone causes it to pop out.

Are the vents for this oven in the door or up at the top?
I have been seeing a lot of negative reviews for other models saying spills can get into the glass on the door through the vents. Is this an issue with this model as well?
The oven vent is below the silver portion of the control panel behind the right-rear burner.

does it have a night light?
does this unit have a night light feature?
how does it work is it set to come on at dark or can i set up a time range?

I have not found an automated timer feature for the light. It does have a bright and dim light setting. The dim setting is low enough that it could be used as a night light.

Convection Feature
Do it take 20-30 minutes to preheat?
The convection oven heated to 350 for me in about 7 minutes.
