Your standard Apple cable, nothing special. The end you plug into your device tends to break and expose wire, this is my 3rd one.

This suction cup mount had me skeptical at first, but after using it for the first time, I was sold. It holds extremely well and I have confidence it will not come loose. I would still recommend the floaty backdoor just in case...

The standard iPhone headphones fall out of my ears constantly while exercising, so much to the point where I couldn't wear them while working out. These have unique twist in design that keeps them securely in my ears. Would definitely recommend.
