4 Words: Beautiful, Light, Portable & Powerful

You definitely get a lot of bang for your buck here! Now I don't game, but I do just about everything else with this unit. I knew before hand that I'd be sacrificing some battery life for this beautiful 4k screen, but for me it's worth it. I don't use it all day and I don't get the battery drain some were experiencing overnight a while back. I use it a couple hours here and half hour there thus It's great for my use. At least it has quick charge capabilities.
Pros
*Gorgeous 4K (Non pentile) Movies are sharp & detailed and it's easier for me to read
*7th Gen (Kaby Lake) i7-7500U processor -Battery life appears to be better (for what your getting) than on my older skylake (6th generation), but it's so tough to figure out because they're different configurations. And I have no slow downs as the kabylake appears to be more responsive. YMMV
*16g DDR3 RAM
*512GB solid state drive
*Fast boot time (Less than 6 seconds counting windows hello)
*Active Pen (Included) with Pen & handwriting recognition (works well for me) And I use an old Yoga Lenovo stylus usb adaptor/holder to to keep it attached to the machine when not in use.
*Quick Charge HP states 50% in 30 minutes (I've got to 90% in 85 minutes). I'm happy with that.
*I'm glad that there's Windows Hello on this version
*Keyboard 1.3 mm of key travel & 60 grams of actuation (both good for how I type), keyboard extends all the way out to the edge (though I'm still warming up to the home key, page up key and such on living completely the right side)
*Web Camera is on top
*Good trackpad
*Speakers (Quad speakers) sound great They get loud enough (even in tablet mode.
* 2 USB 3.1 Type C Ports (I always carry a multi-port adapter with ethernet capability
*Thunderbolt 3 support on both of the usb type C ports (So I'm future proof)
*Trouble free wireless connections
*Beautiful Dark Ash Color Scheme (Better contrast worth the keyboard)
*Weghs less than 3 lbs & measures a half an inch thick thus making tablet mode easier
Cons
*No SD card, but 512gb is big enough for my needs. Also if need to transfer files I can just use my trusty old usb-c and standard usb adapter shown in the pic below
*Only 5-6 hours of battery on 75% brightness so I can do better with if I lower the brightness. So one mentioned that you also decrease the resolution to save some juice. Not necessary for e to do either yet.
*Only one level of backlighting
*Screen is sort of glossy
*Can't charge with battery pack (And I was never promised that I could, but it would have been nice)
-Can get hot (not just warm) and the fan noise may start or increase during basic tasks
TLDR: Get it! It looks great and functions even better for less (OF YOUR MONEY) than other machines in this category!

Bright/Beautiful Screen, Fast, Battery life so so
on January 5, 2016

Checked all the reviews (paying particular attention to the negative comments) and decided to pull the trigger anyway knowing I had more than the normal 14 days to return the unit because of the holiday extended return policy. So if the negative reviews held true and this thing turned out to be a dud I have plenty of time to exchange it. Also this gave me ample opportunity to test it out in many different environments & situations as write this review. Bottom line is that despite the few issues mentioned and the fact that I did not experience all the problems that some of the others did I find the Satellite Radius 12.5 4k to be a winner! I'd actually dropped my rating to a 4.7 for the minor issues if I could as there is definitely room for improvement. But all in all this the best package in it's category for the price.
PROS
*That screen! Bright & colorful 4k screen. 352 pixels per inch!
+Extremely fast OS (This machine was definitely built with Windows 10 in mind)
+Fast 256 SSD (And enough space for me as I have a desktop as my primary)
+8 gigs LPDDR3/1600 ram (Enough for me to get er done)
+Tablet mode (fairly light for what's packed inside)
+Backlit keyboard
+Slim bezel except on the bottom (convenient for holding while in tablet mode)
+Facial recognition (windows hello)
+Price down to 1050 for 4k now (got a 50.00 refund/Originally 1099)
+Full hdmi
+Type C
+2 super speed usb 3.0 ports with sleep & charge feature supported on the left one (One of my favorite little enhancements) This has to be turned on in options.
+Very slim & light weight It almost fit into an old surface pro 3 sleeve. (I actually could squeezed it in)
+Great sound
+Gorilla glass screen
CONS
-Battery life (only 5 to 6 hours, yet not a deal breaker for my use)
-Have to make adjustments at times because of the high resolution, but there are workarounds
-Too much screen glare under certain conditions
-Fan gets going on occasion and (not too loud for me), but this doesn't really bother me as it never gets too hot
-Had a Lenovo Yoga a couple years ago and feeling the keys on the back when in tablet mode felt a little weird then and it still feels weird now
-Too much bloatware (You can get rid of it, but what a pain. Almost went with a signature unit without the junk, but this was easier to get and less expensive.

Best tablet in the game!
on July 29, 2014

I've owned this remarkable piece of tech for 2 weeks now and have lost countless hours of sleep (and some productivity) exploring the many features it has to offer. Will I use them all? Probably not, but its nice to know this machine can handle it.
What many have already said about this screen is true. Believe the hype! This is the most beautiful display I've ever seen on a tablet. Amoled technology has come far and nowhere is it's presence more dominant than on the Tab S.
PROS
-First I think the bronze color looks classy
-It's very responsive
-Fingerprint scanner
-3 gigs of ram
-No speed demon, yet fast enough
-Multi-window
-No light bleed whatsoever (due to the type of screen I believe)
-Many "Galaxy Gifts" included (Some are actually pretty good 1 year subscriptions Ex: Bloomberg Businessweek 1 year, 1 year free of Gogo In-flight Wi-Fi access
-Usb with a Logitech keyboard or mouse (only time I miss on-screen buttons) is easy and accurate while file transfers with flash drives, hard drives or watching movies over an OTG cable are decent enough
-Remote PC link (You're computer screen can be displayed and controlled on and with tablet)
-The Sidesync app (mirrors the phone's (S5) screen to that of tab's) works incredibly well.
-Battery life is good
-Slot for up to 128g sd (though I only use a 64g ATM)
-Wifi is strong (And I believe it's got all of them - a/b/g/n/ac
-Touchwiz is improving
-Hancom office is pretty decent as I accomplish what I need to with more ease than in the past
-Weighs very little and is extremely thin (Easy to hold for a while)
-Great viewing angles
-Keeps me on the elliptical longer (watching a movie or reading the news)
CONS
-Chromecast issues. I'ts probably me , but I can only get netflix to work
-Too many apps (10 or more depending on what they are) can slow it down a bit. Easy enough to close all or a few though
-Wish it had usb 3 for faster charging and quicker data transfers, but this tablet is extremely thin and perhaps this is why it doesn't
-Some images appear oversaturated, but the trade-off is worth it to me
-Price
Unexpected Perks (for me anyway)
-Bonus Promo: Both the 1st & 2nd Hunger Games movies can be owned and/or downloaded by Tab S owners for free through Google Play.
-Could have got a better deal somewhere else on a 16g , but Best Buy not only price matched, but a gave me the deal on this 32g. I'll be back for sure!
I needed 2 weeks (which still probably wasn't long enough) to access this product and I've decided to keep it. I love it. No buyer's remorse and no justifying my purchase. I've used Samsung, Apple, HP and many other brands in the past, but Samsung just went yard with this one!
My Best Buy number: 2630293845
What's great about it: Display is STUNNING, So Many Features, Slim size, Bonus Movies
What's not so great: Price is a little steep, but in this case there's a lot of bang for the buck, Some Chromecast issues
I would recommend this to a friend!

This Samsung Gear S2 smart watch lets you receive notifications from your phone and track your active lifestyle with the built-in S Health app., and connect them to compatible Android or iOS devices.¹ The comfortable leather strap can be adjusted to fit different sizes, and the durable body is water-resistant and dustproof. Keep this Samsung Gear S2 smart watch powered up with the included wireless charging dock.

Huge mistake! Was good at first. Update ruined it!
By stronggeek
This is the worst purchase I've ever made! I wish I could return it as the last Samsung Gear update killed the main functions. It now constantly disconnects and won't hold a bluetooth connection thus I don't receive alerts to this watch at all! You can go on google play and read the reviews regarding the Samsung Gear app and you'll see many disheartening comments from disgruntled users regarding the last update rendering this watch and other gears practically useless. Fair warning! STAY AWAY! I now own a very expensive standalone watch with no connectivity and very few functions.
Otherwise it worked very well until the update. It's a great looking watch with decent battery life, but in its current state it's useless as a true smart watch. Thus I can't justify the cost. Nor can I recommend it.

Yes. I did.

I'm actually surprised that there aren't more folks stating that they have the same issues that I do as my connection problem after the update
is not an isolated one. When you go to Google play to update make sure you read the reviews first. You'll get more an ideal of what I'm experiencing.
I'm not trying to rain on anyone's parade, but I wonder if these recent 4 & 5 star reviewers have yet to update. Anyway I'm glad others are enjoying the
watch. Thanks for the ideal anyway.

Though this may not be what you're wanting to do I'd like to know if it is possible to continuous record to the sd card instead of the cloud.
Thanks

nice but noisy laptop
By TOMPOUDEL
bought a few months ago, the 14'' with 500 g ssd,i7,16gig. Had read a lot of reviews before i decided to get one. most of em negative, but i wanted to gamble for i liked the look of this machine. Its so beautiful to look at. but very very noisy..meaning its fan's sound bothers all my co workers and so i stopped using this laptop. Checked all drivers and everything -updated. problem still exists. I wish i could return. This is my third Lenovo laptop but also seems the last one.
ANY SUGGESTIONS TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

Why do some of the spectre x360s come with hp on the lid and others have Hewlett Packard?

The newer models only have hp on the lid. And the older models Hewlett Packard on top.

Hi, I bought this 2-in1 from BestBuy but it was open-box and the stylus was missing. The sales person told me I can order this active stylus online from bestbuy but the ones you have are different. Is there a SKU for just this exact stylus? Thanks

You may already have this, but here's the part number. "905512-002"
I don't see it anywhere but on ebay. Good luck!

DDR3 memory, or DDR4? HP didn't post it on their website, sales rep couldn't tell me, so... anyone who bought this, does it actually have the memory (RAM) listed on the product details page on Best Buy, or was it a typo from them?
