We've had two units, and had two separate problems.
The first unit had an ice maker that was leaking all of the time. The ice maker made a combination of cubed and crushed ice at the same time with the ice is self not being fully frozen. The maker also left a trail of "icee" in the shoot that would only melt and cause even more leaking on the inside of the refrigerator as well as the ice and water area. This happened right out of the box so we exchanged it right away. Sadly, the pictures were deleted once we received the replace.
The second unit arrived and at first it seemed to be fine with the ice maker working as expected. But within a few days we realized there was a problem yet again with this model. The refrigerator doors were not sealing. This as well happened within the allowed return period, so like the earlier unit this one will also be returned. However this time we are going with the 4 door LG, and we can only hope the new LG comes without any issues.
We are not fans of extended warranties, but the new refrigerator is coming with one! Because I believe we were fortunate to have found both of these issues within the 15 day return window, because for the price tag of these type of refrigerators there shouldn't be anything wrong with them, especially right off the truck.

This refrigerator although very nice and elegant is the noisiest running refrigerator we have ever owed. We hear the motor/compressor running from our Master bedroom and in an open plan living space this refrigerator will make you reach for the TV remote to drowned out the noise. According to Samsung technicians the two stage motor is the reason it is loud and although Best Buy are aware of these customer issues (they informed us after we returned to the store that the noise complaints are frequent on Samsung refridgerators) they did not declare this information during our store visit and the purchasing process.
Best Buy's stance is that if we had purchased an extended warranty they would have exchanged it, so the moral of this story is spend more money on extended warranties to increase Best Buy's profits and to cover yourself for the stores inadequate product knowledge and declarations.

I'd be cautious when listening to Best Buy when they say, "if you had purchased an extended warranty they would have exchanged it".
There is fine print when it comes to exchanging something with them, I believe they have the right to try and fix something (the exact same problem) three times before exchanging it. Why do I know this? Years ago I purchased the extended warranty for a Directv receiver because they told me of the dreaded lightening strikes. Well I never had a lightening strike but the receiver did have problems after a couple of years, and it was then when I brought it in thinking I was going to get a new receiver that I learned they have to try and fix it first!

What is the height of this model including hinges?
I have exactly 70 1/8" max. height. Will this model fit in? I saw a review that indicated this model may vary in dimensions.
The height does include the hinges. Whether or not it will fit, according to the numbers it should. But with tight fits like that, if the floor or cabinets are off, not level or square it could create a fit problem. Ask me how I know this, as I wait for a custom cabinet company to fix our problem. Hope this helps.
