NO USB PORT -
on December 8, 2013

So I purchased this item yesterday and returned it. YESTERDAY. I was told by three BestBuy members that this tab has a 2.0 USB port that could be used with a dongle to pair with my wireless keyboard. THREE BEST BUY MEMBERS. With info in hand, I happily drove one hour to pick up the item I purchased online. When I got to the store, I asked the person behind the pick up counter if the Samsung Tab3 I had just bought indeed had a 2.0 USB port. I was told oh yes, it does! Went about further shopping in BestBuy and decided to check out the item to see the USB port and where it was. Well, sad to say, it doesn't have one. Does Not. So I asked the same salesperson behind the counter to show me where the port is. She looked, and looked and looked and then said, oops, I'm sorry. It doesn't have one. Well, THAT was the only reason I was buying the item. I want to pair it with my keyboard. So I returned it and mentioned to everyone who tried to assist me BESTBUY NEEDS TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE IN THE SAMSUNG TAB 3'S PAGE ONLINE AND MENTION THAT IT DOES NOT HAVE A 2.0 USB PORT. Right now, BestBuy still has my money. For all my trouble, I was told that a refund would be transferred in 3-4 business days.
Gee, do you think I'll ever shop at BestBuy again?
What's great about it: Screen, weight, looks
What's not so great: The spec sheet says it has a USB port. IT DOES NOT
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Picture Quality is less than expected
By Peanuttybaby from Boston, MA
I picked this TV up on black Friday when it was on sale for $349. It had great reviews and was going fast in the stores so I trusted that it was probably going to beat my 3 year old Sony. I was wrong. I've reviewed all directions and have tried to get the picture quality to improve (faces have an orange hue to them that won't go away) but nothing changes. There is pixilating during news casts, sporting events and some channels, while broadcast in HD do not have that great HD sharpness that you'd expect. The size is great for my living room so that is a plus, but the TV is going back. You truly do get what you pay for.

Follow up to my Sony HDTV Review
November 29, 2016
Thanks to Jerome from Sony for the follow up. The screen quality issue was not evident on my older Sony and is on the newer one. Like the older TV, the new one is connected directly to the cable outlet straight from the wall and the issue is only present when watching broadcast TV. Not when connected to blueray player or any other device.

Hi Peanuttybaby, We regret to hear that this unit failed to meet your expectations. We suggest checking different inputs of the TV such as the inputs for a cable box, satellite box, DVD, or Blu-ray Disc player, etc. If the issue is observed only on one of these devices, check the settings of the connected device, rather than the TV. -Jerome

2 HDMI ports seems like a low number. Has this been an issue for anyone?

Yes, it is an issue or with time could be come one. Opt for a higher priced TV that has 4 HDMI ports. Trust me.
