Might be a good product.

I bought this particular one to make sure that I got a good one. It might be good but it does not work through walls very well. I live i a house with a metal roof. We have a good signal outside but once you are inside our signal drops off. I am using it like repeater. It keeps going in to fault mode because my outside signal is too strong. I tried moving the antenna then I don't have a good enough signal. So I spend a lot of time resetting it. I would have been better off going with 2 or 3 of the cheaper ones rather than one good one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
