I got this lens from a suggestion of a friend. My Canon T3i DSLR came with a 18mm-55mm kit lens and a 75mm-300mm zoom lens here at Best Buy in a bundle. But this lens is much better for closeups and portrait shots with better sharpness and low light performance than my kit lens. It's small, light weight, and seems to be well made though the lens is plastic. It's a good addition to my camera and the price is right.

Internet Connectable?No
I got this set because I'm a diehard Plasma booster. I knew Plasma will soon disappear and I wanted another one before they all were gone. I knew this set was bare bones with few extras, but the picture is superb and that's my main concern. No fast motion blur (sports) and great picture from any angle. It's not smart....Not 3D, has no internet input, no SD card slot. It has 2 HDMI inputs, 1 component input, and 1 USB2 input.. I think 3D, 4000P definition, and smart capability, is not worth paying for. I have a smart Sony Blu-Ray Player that I use to stream internet content that gives this TV smart capability through my player. I have a 3 input HDMI splitter to add 2 more HDMI connections to this TV. It has the best picture that one will find today in a Plasma TV anywhere near this price range. At the price I paid on sale it's a heck of a bargain, even a steal. My 42" Panasonic HD Plasma, now 5 yr old was a top of the line TV at $1300.00 when I bought it. This Samsung has a better picture, uses less energy, and runs cooler.. It's not about the brand, the Plasma tech got better over 5 yrs. It runs a little cooler than my Panasonic Plasma, though all Plasmas run hotter than LCD's. I got a 4yr warranty for $100.00 on this TV because these newer HD sets don't yet have the longevity our older tube sets had. If one spends $400.00 or more, and gets a 42" or larger screen, I'd recommend buying a warrany. Your average repair on these HD TV's will be appox $300.00- $400 or more, and a set 42".or larger gets in home service. Not much more I can say about his set other than get one if you like Plasma's, before Plasma's disappear.

This is my 1st DSL camera and I got it for a great price at Best Buy. I got the bundle with Camera, bag, extra zoom lens, and SD card. It took awhile to figure how to attach the lens. You have to line up the white dots, and it will snap in. Then I had to figure how to pop up the flash. The flash won't pop up manually if it's in the auto setting. You have to move the dial into one of the manual settings. The flash with pop up automatically if the light is low. Even with my limited knowledge with DSL, I took good pics. Some were blirred, so I know I still have a lot to learn. But I'm happy with this camera and know I will have many fun days out taking pics. It's a good camera for a beginner and it will grow with you. It has many features I still have to learn to use.

I got this lens at a great price in a package bundle with my Canon Rebel T3i. Camera. I'm new to DSL Camera's and had some getting use to with this lens and my camera. I had a problem attaching this lens at 1st, till I got the hang of it. The zoom is Ok for what it's for...it's only 4X magnification. I had to figure out there is no motorized zoom. You have to manually zoom things. But the pics were crisp and very sharp. As was stated there's no stabilizer with this lens but at this price one cannot complain. With a little care, and steadiness, one can take very good pics with this lens.

Not the best price for this adapter, others are cheaper. But it was the only one BB had when I bought it. All 4 ports are USB3, not just one port as a previous poster stated. You can tell a USB3 port from the blue color. It works as advertised and seems to be a quality product. I never owned this brand before so I could not give the highest rating for durability. It doubles as a fast charger for any accessories with a USB jack. You can use this hub to fast charge your cellphone, ipad, tablet, etc. It will fast charge up to 1.5A.

This is my 2nd USB3 Flash Drive. My other is a 32 GB Sandisk. Sandisk is my favorite flash drive and SD card but this sale price was hard to pass up for a USB3. Not sure if the speed is fast as my sandisk but it's fast enough that I wouldn't be able to tell without testing both. I downloaded 15 GB of data in less than 10 minutes, maybe less. But in order to get the faster speed of USB3 you have to have USB3 ports on your Pc. If you plug this drive into a USB2 port, your speed will default to the speed of USB2. The 1st thing I did was format this drive, I always format any new flash drive. It works as advertised and I have no complaints.

I got this Wi-Fi adapter for a desktop with a weak Wi-Fi card. My connection speed and range was medicore with the built in Wi-Fi card. With this Netgear adapter my speed and range is excellent. My downloads are much faster and my movies I stream are much smoother. It's very easy to setup. You just run the included CD then plug in the adapter into a spare USB port. I had it running in less than 10 minutes.

I haven't gotton full use of all the features yet but I enjoy the things I have used. It hooks up to Wi-Fi very easily on most Wi-Fi hotspots. It streams movies from Netflix and redbox with a excellent picture and rarely freezes. I did install Hotspot Shield for protection when on the net. Hotspot Shield encrypts all my emails and contacts on internet sites. It hides my I.P. address so I can't be tracked online. I wouldn't feel safe on this tablet on the internet without it. It has good battery power, I can go 10 hrs before I need to charge. My only grip is the sound is not loud enough. One needs a earphone in public places. You have to use a bluetooth earphone cause there's no earphone jack. All in all a good tablet and I got it on sale at Best buy.

I got this Roku 3 box on sale at BB. I also used rewards points so I payed about 1/2 the price. It was very easy to setup. I chose Roku 3 over the cheapers ones because it's more versatile. I wanted to hookup by internet cable so I can utilize all my speed for streaming. The other cheaper models only hookup by Wi-Fi. With Wi-Fi my streaming speed is less and the picture may not look as good. Also, I don't have to worry about the box disconnecting sometimes as devices sometimes do when hooked up by Wi-Fi. It also comes with a USB port that will come in handy when I want to view pictures, video, or other files and documents. I figured for a few more bucks I'd get more bang for the buck and I do. It may also help to future proof my Roku as new tech and apps come out. It has over 120 free channels I am able to get with the prospect of more to come. I have acc's with Netflix and Redbox streaming and I connect to both with this Roku box. So far I haven't purchased or rented any movies but I'm satisfied with all the free content. In fact that's why I got it. I'm trying to keep my cable bill down and many channels I get on my cable I can get through Roku also. I'm almost at the point of cancelling my cable. If I can get just a few more free channels I'm not getting now, that I get on cable.....I'll cut my cable service. My only gripe is that you have to register and create an acc with many channels before you can view the content. Some you have to give a email addy and create a password. That's a real hassell depending on how many channels that you may use. But once I set all that up, I 'm having plenty enjoyment of free movies and other free content to enjoy. I'm Pc savvy and a simi geek, so I have no problem hooking up my gear. Love my Roku, may get another for my bedroom TV.

I got this drive at BB on sale. It replaced an 1 TG external drive that had to have external power. Easy setup, just plug into a USB port. It was quickly recognized. I like it's portable and is easy to carry and use with other Pc's. It doesn't require an external power source. It's about twice as fast with transfer speeds as the USB 2 drive it replaced. But to get the extra speed you need a Pc with USB ports. It is USB compatible if you don't have USB 3 ports. It comes with many tools that some may find useful, like a internal backup program. But I use a 3rd party backup program that serves me well. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I partitioned the drive and made a 200 Gb partition for my backups with the Pc ti's hooked up to. I use the other partition for my CD's, DVD's, and all other files and programs. You don't have to do that to use the drive, one can store all your files and programs on the drive as is. But I named the backup partition my backup drive. The bigger partition I name files and programs. It just makes things neat and I know where my backups are with trying to locate them among everything stored on the drive. The prices of portable external drives have really came down and it's cost effective now to get one instead of the external powered drives. Much easier to use also. This is a great drive with plenty of hard drive space.

Any time I want to use this flash drive on a new computer, I have to download the driver onto that computer. I haven't seen a flash drive that wasn't automatically recognized in a while. Windows 7 can't even read it without downloading the drivers. Also, finding the driver on Sandisk's website is not all that easy. The driver is labeled with 98 as if it were a windows 98 driver.

I have no idea what the previous poster is talking about. I'm not sure he's talking about this particular drive. I bought this drive yesterday and I use it like the other 2 flash drives I have. I plug it into my USB port and the drivers install automatically. I'm at a lost about his comment that he has to download the drives online. He must have one of the other models of SanDisk Flash Drives, not this one. My only reget is that It's not a 32GB drive which I intend to get next. Good drive, from a good brand. I do like SanDisk drives. I think they're a cut above most.

This is my 1st digital recorder and I'm delighted with the performance. I thought the price too much, but I tried cheaper recorders from other brands, and was not satisfied with their performance. I love this Sony recorder. I usually like most Sony products.
This recorder has performed as advertised and I am very pleased with the results. To get the full benefits you have to go into the "detailed menu" to setup all the options. The included instructions are not clear on how to do this. Many of the features are set by default to off. As a previous reviewer stated this recorder does have "voice activation", It's set by default to off....you have to go into the "detailed" menu to turn it on. I like the fact you can add an SD card. I put in an 8 GB card that I use for music, e-books, etc., and I use the built in 4GB internal memory for voice, meetings, lectures, etc. You can switch between them in the detailed menu. There was a learning curve for me with this Sony product, and I'm a semi geek and very tech savvy. The included instructions leave a lot to be desired. I recommend everyone to download the instruction manual to your Pc, with the included USB cord. You will see much on how to use this product that is omitted in the included instructions. I purchased "Energizer" rechargeable batteries, and I use an outboard charger I already have. You can get batteries and a charger for AAA batteries for about $20.00. The rechargeable batteries will pay for themselves in a short time, especially if you use the recorder a lot. I also intend to purchase a small case to hold the recorder and cords.
I use a Aux. cord that I plug into the earphone/output Jack, then into the AUX input jack in my car. Most newer cars have Aux and USB inputs, and I can play the sound from this recorder through my car speakers. All in all I think this a great product, I didn't give reliability the highest rating because I've never owned a digital recorder before, but since it's a Sony, I expect it to live up to the Sony rep. I didn't give ease of use the highest score because many will be unsatisfied with using this recorder if they don't go to the detailed menu, or are not tech savvy, and don't download the instruction manual. I'm not sure I understand your question, but I've not used the vop so I have no answer for that. I did use it once to see if and how it worked but haven't used it agin. I suppose you can adjust the sensitivity, but then agin maybe not. You'll just have to try it and see.

I'm not sure you can change sensitivity on vob. I know if you use any of the scene options, all settings will be made automatically. You can't change anything. To be able to change different settings for recording you can't use any of the scene options (meeting, lecture, etc) because all the setting are pre set with each scene selection. Actually I took this recorder back and exchanged it for a more expensive Sony recorder, the Sony ICDAX412 ($ 85.99) Glad I did. Even thought this is a good recorder, the 412 is much better and I got it for only $5.00 more on sale..

What I'm not happy with is the employees at your store in Branson MO, They need to know more about their products . & they also need to ask for.your rewards cards like all other places do . Does anyone repair the Roku Netflix Box?
I have the little 4" x 4" set top box made by Roku that was known as the "Netflix Box" or Netflix player. Anyway, it's my Roku, and I love it. But it flat out won't power on. There wasn't anything that happened to it (spilled on, dropped etc.) it just stopped working yesterday. Roku says they don't repair the box (even if I paid them hundreds of dollars :), but will gladly sell me another if I want. It's beyond warranty; I've had it for a while. I've looked online, and there aren't any places that say "Yes! We can fix your Roku!" Is there anyone who can repair it for me, or do I have to hunker down and by a new Roku, or the latest and greatest Tivo box?
I'd say buy a new one. The cost to fix it if you can find someone will probably be just as much or more than a new one.

That depends on the manufactuer of the TV you buy. Some brands and models have different services. Check for a model and brand that has it.

I have a plasma tv, comcast cable and dvd player actually all set up with a surround system (the surround system has a noise and it is time to put it in the trash). I was thinking of replacing the old surround system for the new Sound Bars (w/subwoofer) ... do I also need to buy a receiver? or the receiver would not be needed in the new setup.

Yes and no. Sound bar systems come with, and without their own amp. Make sure you get the one for your situation.

Will the internet connections like "cinema now" work outside of the US?

It's my best guess that it would work anywhere as long as you were online. You're not restricked to a place, the internet is worldwide.

Wall Bracket
We have a Magnavox Model 15MF605T/17 - 17" TV and would like to hang it on the wall at work. Do they make a bracket to hold that model?
They have a wall mount for any size tv. Check in best buy for the right one for the tv you buy.

How can you record VCR tapes and DVD's onto a hard drive that can be then hooked up to a TV to veiw a library?
You can transfer dvd's and cd's to your Pc but I don't think you can transfer vhs tapes. vhs is analog not digital. You put a dvd/cd into the dvd drive and copy it to your hard drive. One way, is go to the computer icon in your start minu, click on it and when it opens, right click on your drive that has the dvd in it and a box will come up. Send it, or copy it to your documents or hard drive.
