Having been through 5 replacements by Amazon for the previous version due to rainbow coloring and other strange backlighting issues, this is a pleasant (and necessary) improvement. Superior readability compared to previous. If you have the last version of the Paperwhite and notice backlighting/rainbow issues, making the change makes sense.

What's great about it: Finally have fixed the backlighting issues
What's not so great: Having to pay to opt out of ads is foolish marketing
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this after seeing Sting's latest Back to Bass tour. This is a somewhat similar line up. It does have a backing orchestra, which makes it a bit more like Symphonicity Tour, but many of the band are the same, as are many of the commentaries and the song line up. Sound is very good and it does feel like being in the audience at the show. Hard to find this item; not regularly stocked. A bit pricey, but also has a DVD with it.
Wirelessly surf, email, stream HD video, on-line game, make Internet phone calls. Less interference and better connections using dual band Wireless-N. Better speed and range than other USB Wireless-N adapters. Easy and secure wireless connections. Works with older Wi-Fi as well as new Wireless-N networks.
After my Belkin wireless router finally died, I bought the NETGEAR - RangeMax Dual-Band Wireless-N Router with 4-Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch (Model: WNDR3700-100NAS). I have a deadspot in the farthest room in the house, and was only able to get a fair G signal there using the old Belkin router with an Access Point/Extender. I was hoping that maybe this RangeMax router would get a better signal up there via the Belkin wireless G USB adapter; it didn't. So I bought this Netgear USB device, figuring that with both the router and the USB adapter being RangeMax, maybe I would get a better signal (as indicated in their advertising). Well, it made absolutely no difference. The signal strength of the N was ~50%, but the G was ~80%. Even with that, I still had frequent drops (and a very angry daughter who was happier with the much older Belkin setup). Surprised and disappointed, I returned this unit and tried the NETGEAR - Ethernet Extender Kit (Model: XEB1004-100NAS). Wow, what a difference. This thing transmits the Ethernet signal over the powerlines in your house. It works great. While I think that the Netgear USB device may be decent with its partner router for use on a laptop that roams the house, I would strongly recommend going with the Netgear Powerline device (see my other review) for a fixed computer (i.e., desktop) that lives in an area with poor signal reception.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use
What's not so great: Didn't seem to give me any better range than my old Belkin G setup
