I am so happy with this stove! It looks great and it really added a "cleaner" look to my newly remodeled kitchen. At first I had originally purchased a gas range but I saw this one in sale and debated getting it because of its look. In the end, I got the slide in and had many compliments. This is my first gas stove and it exceeds my expectations. Also the oven is great though I am comparing it to a really old electric stove that had literally no extras. I love the touchscreen, the window, and more. I am happy with my puchase. The only 3 drawbacks I have are:
(1) The stainless steel easily gets scratches. I have a few scratches already because of use but I was informed that it would happen.
(2) Cleaning the top of the stove is not easy because of the heavy grates. If you don't place it down carefully you can scratch the stainless steel top.
(3) Cleaning/wiping the front of the stove can be annoying because the touchscreen often gets touched by the towel and it turns on the touchscreen.

Impressed until it didn't cool anymore!

Had the refrigerator for 2.5 weeks, and now it is no longer cooling! Water was leaking from the water dispenser, and we thought our son had played with the water dispenser. Turns out the whole cooling system is not working. Looks beautiful, but so disappointed to be getting a lemon! All the frozen items have defrosted, the refrigerator is not cold, etc. Called the manufacturer's customer support and have to wait 4 days for someone to be able to come in....I wouldn't have expected any problems with a new appliance, and I guess I got "lucky." ARG!!! Beware of the drawer shelves....not enough room if you have a lot of condiments/sauces/bottles.
