Really purchased this as a curiosity, just to see how it worked. Bought the Black Friday deal for $39. The product details and reviews almost made it seem too good to be true. Set up was fast and easy, although I am not a huge fan of the Alexa app, but that won't effect this review. I changed the wake work to Echo at first, since I have young children that wanted to try it out and I figured it would be easier for them to say Echo than Alexa. Boy, I was wrong. Most of the time, we had to stand right next to the device and almost shout Echo to get it to respond. If it was playing music, then it was almost impossible to wake up. I changed it back to Alexa and the difference is astounding. The echo dot will now wake up at just over a whisper, and even while playing music it responds to regular speaking volume. The built in speaker is not great, but better than I thought it would be. Pairing with a blutooth speaker is seamless after initial set up. Really enjoying the dot now, and can't wait to integrate more smart devices with it.

Got this TV on the Black Friday sale for $397. For that price, this is a pretty good TV. TV this replaced was an 11 year old plasma, so the picture quality of the Samsung was very noticeable. The choice of Apps was more than I thought, and have had no issue with any of them loading or poor performance. Watched some 4K programs on Netflix and it is amazing. Sound is also better than I thought it would be after reading reviews. The only downside to this TV is the limited viewing angle. If you are not looking straight at the TV, there is some distortion in the picture. Mainly appears during a darker scene, looks very pixelated, almost like there is rain coming down in the background. Overall, a good TV for a great price.
