I listened to many speakers before purchasing the BW CM10. For the money, these are the most transparent speakers you can get. They sound the way the music was recorded. The flip side is if the music wasn't recorded very well, then the CM10s show those flaws also.

UP is best fitness app!!Best Sleep monitor

UP3 is the best general fitness tracker! If you don't need to look at your wrist and are fine with checking your smartphone for your stats, this is the best to get. The UP app provides better health tips & feedback than any of it's competitors like Fitbit. Also, the sleep monitor provides better accuracy than any other tracker & app provides more detailed information as well.
The only reason I returned this is because it doesn't have a an active heart rate monitor. This is important if you need to know what heart rate zone you should be in for performance based training. The Garmin 235 uses a Mio optical active heart rate monitor, but it costs $100 more & the Garmin Connect app does not provide "health coaching" as well as UP.

Very good general health tracker!

This does many things well! Good smartphone app. However, it over counted steps(I didn't know how to adjust it for my stride). If you don't do heart rate fitness training, you can't go wrong with this or the Jawbone trackers(I like the UP app better, especially for sleep monitoring in the UP3)
The active heart rate monitor did not seem as accurate as the Mio optic based heart monitors(like on Garmin 225, Adidas MiCoach or Mio Fuse/Alpha) This is important if you do heart rate based training on your runs/bike

Excellent phone! In bright sunlight, this has the most legible screen out of any phone I've seen and I'm including the Galaxy S3. The major knock I hear about this phone is that the battery can't be easily replaced. However, these same critics don't bring that up w/ Apple's Iphone which has the same issue! The only issue I have is that Sprint has not rolled out it's LTE coverage in Houston as consistently as I was led to believe. The kickstand is a more useful tool than I thought it would be. Beats sound system and other EQ effects provide excellent music.
What's great about it: Bright screen in daylight, excellent camera, good speakers,
What's not so great: Doesn't pick up weak LTE signals, can't replace battery
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quality
Will the UP3 be as prone to failure as the UP and UP24.
I did not have issues w/ Up3.
