I have only had this screen protector 48 hours and there are tons of scratches!!! I am baffled, as it is marketed to be the most scratch resistant screen protector in the world. I do not have keys or any other item with my phone to scratch the screen. The Zaggs Glass HD did not scratch like this. Unreal. I recommend a no buy.

MUST READ. HONEST REVIEW.

I want SO BADLY to love this product. It has a premium design, look, and appeal. The specs are incredible. The high resolution and color pallet are amazing. The device is so mobile. But unfortunately, I have had nothing but problems with it. Problem after problem. Here are the problems I have experienced:
1) When in sleep mode, the device gets hot and the battery drains. Battery is at 100% when I put the device in sleep mode, a few hours later I notice my computer bag is hot, I take out the Surface Pro 4 (hot), press enter on the keyboard, and the battery is at 76%. I have had to change the settings to Hibernate instead of sleep.
2) A myriad of times when waking the SP4 from hibernation or sleep, the device will not turn on. Hard reset is required. (Pressing and holding the power button for more than 10 seconds)
3) Other times, it wakes up properly, logs in quickly, and I will find that every application I have on the device has opened. When attempting to close or interact with these applications, nothing will respond. It will not let me close the applications or use them. The device is not frozen as a whole, just partially, as all applications are frozen. The start menu and the mouse cursor still work. System restart is required.
4) The device will completely freeze while web browsing or streaming a movie on Netflix or Vudu. Touch, Keyboard, and mouse DO NOT WORK. The device is literally frozen, and if there was a sound at the time it froze, the speaker will continue to play that sound as a endless buzz. Hard reset is required.
5) The system will at random perform a hard reset itself, taking me to a blue screen that states ":( Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you. ....If you'd like to know more, you can search online later for this error: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE" This happens during light/regular use.
6) Applications stop responding and a notification pops up saying, "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered..."
7) Battery does not last 9 hours. 5-6 fully charged in battery saving mode.
8) On one occasion, while streaming a video, the device's fan became much louder than usual. I touched the back of the surface, and the device was HOT!!! So hot I could have slowly cooked an egg on the back. I truly thought the surface might explode. I performed a system reboot and the issue has not reoccurred since.
9) The Bluetooth connectivity is poor. I have a Bose Soundlink II portable speaker system connected via Bluetooth, and a Logitech Anywhere MX 2 wireless Bluetooth mouse. The Bose speaker is connected to several devices. The mouse is connected to two computers (has 3 memory ids). When the Surface goes to sleep or hibernates, and reawakes, these Bluetooth devices are no longer recognized. They cannot find a connection. Trouble shooting guide dictates I turn the Bluetooth from "on" to "off" and back to "on". I did this. No connection. I turned the devices off and on. No connection. I put the devices in pairing mode. The Surface detects them as a new device, so I chose connect. No connection. The solution is the same as the previous: I performed a system reboot. Again though, after the computer goes to sleep or hibernates, the Bluetooth issue reoccurs.
These are the issues I have experienced so far. I bought the device on November 23. I have been patiently waiting for Microsoft to keep their word when they promised they would have a fix soon. There are many updates but no results. Amazon is currently sending me a replacement. I will update this review if anything changes.
I gave the device 1 out of 5 stars because it costed me $1,800 plus another $200 in accessories only to not be able to use it effectively, and at times, not at all. When many of these errors occur, it deletes any unsaved work, documents, or files. This is not the user experience I paid a PREMIUM price to have.

iPad® Air is 20 percent thinner1 and weighs just one pound, so it feels unbelievably light in your hand. It comes with a 9.7-inch Retina display, the A7 chip with M7 motion coprocessor, ultrafast wireless, powerful apps, and up to 10 hours of battery life.2 And over 475,000 apps in the App Store are just a tap away.3

Buyers Beware!!!!

Since purchasing my iPad Air on November 16th, I have been forced to exchange it two times, and am currently on my third iPad Air. Because the new A7 64 bit processor but only 1GB RAM, the device easily becomes overwhelmed when a myriad of apps are open and several tabs in safari, and usually crashes the APP or performs a soft reboot of the entire system. iOS 7 is full of more bugs and glitches than ever before.
I am not alone in this isse. Here is a link that has 50,000 views, 565 threads, and growing. https://discussions.apple.com/message/24296982#24296982
and a link to a thorough review on the device:
http://www.anandtech.com/print/7460/apple-ipad-air-review
in the review, the critic states:
Memory Size & The Impact of 64-bit Applications
The iPad Air, like the iPhone 5s, ships with 1GB of LPDDR3 memory. Apple frowns upon dissection of review samples but I think it’s a safe bet that we’re not talking about a PoP (Package-on-Package) configuration but rather discrete, external DRAM here. It’s also probably a safe bet that even the iPad mini with Retina Display will ship with 1GB of memory as well.
Something I didn’t have time to address in my iPhone 5s review was the impact of 64-bit applications on memory usage. I actually ran some tests after the 5s review hit but never got the chance to share the data, so I figured now is as good a time as any to do just that.
Unlike traditional desktop OSes, iOS doesn’t support paging to disk (or in this case, NAND). Application data can either reside in memory or the associated process is terminated and has to be reloaded the next time you request it. It’s a decision likely made to both maintain user experience and limit the number of program/erase cycles on the internal NAND.
The good news is that iOS was architected to run on as little hardware as possible and as a result tends to be quite memory efficient. There are also power implications of going to larger memories. The combination of these two things has kept Apple on the conservative side of increasing memory capacity on many iDevices.
The move to a 64-bit platform however does complicate things a bit. Moving to a larger memory address space increases the size of pointers, which in turn can increase the footprint of 64-bit applications compared to their 32-bit counterparts. So although there’s clearly a performance uplift from app developers recompiling in 64-bit mode (more registers, access to new instructions), there’s also an associated memory footprint penalty. Since the iPad Air and iPhone 5s don’t feature a corresponding increase in memory capacity, I wondered if this might be a problem going forward.
To find out I monitored total platform memory usage in a couple of scenarios. Before measuring I always manually quit all open apps and performed a hard reset on the device. Note that the data below is reporting both clean and dirty memory, so it’s possible that some of the memory space could be recovered in the event that another process needed it. I hoped to minimize the impact by always working on a cleanly reset platform and only testing one app at a time.
I looked at memory usage under the following scenarios:
1) A clean boot with no additional apps open
2) Running Mobile Safari with 4 tabs open (two AnandTech.com tabs, two Apple.com tabs, all showing the same content)
3) Infinity Blade 3 (64-bit enabled) sitting at the very first scene once you start the game
4) iOS Maps in hybrid view with 3D mode enabled, with a WiFi assisted GPS lock on my physical location
5) Google Maps in the same view, under the same conditions. I threw in this one to have a 32-bit app reference point.
In general you’re looking at a 20 - 30% increase in memory footprint when dealing with an all 64-bit environment. At worst, the device’s total memory usage never exceeded 60% of what ships with the platform but these are admittedly fairly light use cases. With more apps open, including some doing work in the background, I do see relatively aggressive eviction of apps from memory. The most visible case is when Safari tabs have to be reloaded upon switching to them. Applications being evicted from memory don’t tend to be a huge problem since the A7 can reload them quickly.
The tricky part is you don’t really need all that much more memory. Unfortunately as with any dual-channel memory architecture, you’re fairly limited in how you can increase memory capacity and still get peak performance. Apple’s only move here would be to go to 2GB, which understandably comes with both power and financial costs. The former is a bigger concern for the iPhone 5s, but on the iPad Air I would’ve expected a transition sooner rather than later.
Although things seem to have improved with iOS 7.0.3, the 64-bit builds of the OS still seem to run into stability issues more frequently than their 32-bit counterparts. I still see low memory errors associated with any crashes. It could just be that the move to 64-bit applications (and associated memory pressure) is putting more stress on iOS’ memory management routines, which in turn exposes some weaknesses. The iPad Air crashed a couple of times on me (3 times total during the past week), but no where near as much as earlier devices running iOS 7.0.1.
As I have stated, beware. This product has FAR TO MANY GLITCHES and has a RAM deficiency.

This device is not just great, but amazing. No other tablet can touch it. It's easy to use, offers a lot of options, and can easily replace your laptop for daily use. I recommend the iPad to all.
What's great about it: Retina Display. App Store. iTunes. Capability with most everything.
What's not so great: iOS needs to work with Adobe Flash. Needs ability to buy Microsoft office.

Scratches everywhere
By EHARDY
Sapphire may make it harder to break but within 1 week of owning this screen protector, it is so scratched it is ridiculous. All that has touched it is the occasional set of keys that never scratched my previous protectors. I'm definitely going back to Zagg's HD+ GLASS instead.
