Best TN panel out there unless you would like to go broke for and Acer or Asus. G-Sync alone is a great selling point, but the micro bezel, 2k Resolution, and versatile stand make this a perfect investment for a gamer. 4k monitors are still impractical and 4k TVs are too slow. 2560 x 1440 is what I consider to be the sweet spot right now and this monitor delivers.

It would work well for a roller mouse, but lags a bit with my Logitech G502. I will go with hard mouse pads from now on. They lay flat. LOL

Will this monitor go back on sale? Ive seen people buying them for 450 or less, but everytime i look its always 599......
This monitor is a few years old now, but still in production. It seems to go on sale every few months. I have a DG and now a DGR. I picked up the DG at Microcenter for $350 Open Box (LUCKY). If you see it for 450 or less, buy it while you can. If you are trying to score the DG model due to the cost, make sure it is not a Revision A01. A02, A03, A04 are the good DG revisions. The first one had quite a bit of flaws with the screen coating so avoid anything prior to 2016.
