Had high hopes for this dryer. Purchased as the one we had for 12 yrs was taking forever to dry our clothes.
This one also takes a while to dry our clothes. Typically have to do two cycles to get it fully dry, and yes, I do take out the items from the washer and 'fluff' them prior to placing in the dryer so that it's not one big ball.
If I could return this and get a different dryer, I would.
