I previously had an AC unit from Lowe's named IDYLIS. The exhaust blower fan fins pulled away from the fan housing and splintered all out the back of the unit rending the unit inoperable.
This one has superior parts on observation and performed great. It is a dual-hose unit and is much more energy efficient than my last one. It is also much quieter and mixes condensed humidity with exhaust air so you do not have to dump it as often while on AC mode. I live in a tropical area and have used it for over a month without having to dump water at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!
