I bought this when on sale but it looked liked someone had returned this piece and Best Buy didn't check. It was missing a screw but other than that it worked perfect. I had an extra screw, installation took a little longer than expected (make sure to cut power when installing). Now I have two extra charging ports in USB sockets. As a person with five adults and kids' tablets. This makes charging multiple devices easy.

Great phone but could use more than 8 GB memory. 8GB in this day and age is too small for anyone. You put in a few apps and you're done. I bought this phone for someone just to make calls. But even if you use things like Facebook and other common app, then you run out of space quick.

I've had Moto phones for three years now. I love their simplicity and stock Android. Active display and hand gesture is a plus. This phone has an amazing battery. Just spent a day in Disney with heavy use and battery is still over 50% at the end of the day. Get Tumi powerpack and you will charge this phone once every three days.
