Great Customer Service

Upon visiting the store in Homewood, IL; I went on-line to compare prices for a washer and dryer set. I located what I was looking for at Best Buy at a price that I was comfortable in paying. I copied the product number, make and model and of course the price. I even printed a picture of the item. Once I arrived at the store I was greeted with a singing associate asking if I needed help. I informed him of what I was looking for and with such excitement, he lead me in the direction of the washer/dryers. To save time I informed him of the product number, price and picture and he right away sought to see if they were in stock and they were. We immediately went to the register and I was processed out. It took no more than thirty minutes to complete the process from the time I entered the store to the time I walked out. The service that I received was quick, efficient and fantastic. Thank you Best Buy!
