Long after other manufacturers have put out 4K Players, Sony has finally delivered on it's own 4K HD Player. This is not an Upscale-ed player, but a true 4K HD output unit.
While it is rather boxy and bland looking, it delivers a fast startup that not only plays 4K HD, but 3D Blu-rays and DVD's as well. I have this paired with a Sony's XBR-65930D. Of course the picture looks wonderful and I have been purchasing more 4K & 3D Blu-rays to my library to enjoy.
