But I like origin stories and like seeing Steve Rogers determination as he changes from the weakling to the superhero we know and love. The WWII setting was fun. I was kinda bored. It's the same game as the other Uncharteds, just shorter and with female protagonists. Still stumbling on treasures in the dark and wondering why you care about them. I assume there is a purpose other than "trophies" but I never found one in any Uncharted game and never cared to look up their purpose. It's fine. If you like the originals you'll like this.

Heavy is the operative word. Bought this as a Deal Of The Day because my gf moved out and took her vacuum with her. It cleans well and the attachments reach difficult areas well but caution...It is VERY heavy. I don't know how little old ladies could use this thing. It's a workout for sure.

I'm sure everyone has experienced the sensation of not being able to hear characters talk on movies or shows but music and explosions or gunfire sound like you're at Glastonbury or downtown Baltimore. And you're constantly adjusting the volume up and down to not disturb your neighbors. Pain in the neck. I'd tried a soundbar before but it created issues with the TV and I had to return it. But struggling with it again I thought I'd try a different brand. Walked all through Best Buy looking at them. I didn't really want a big subwoofer like the last one I had. I'm in an apartment building and I have manners so not trying to blast people out of the building. I just want to be able to hear the characters on Game of Thrones divulge important information without turning the volume up to 100. Anyway, this thing was tucked away in the very last aisle and I was about to leave the store with nothing. But this was very compact, not overly expensive, and I've had good experiences with Bose headphones so thought I'd give it a shot. I'm glad I did. It works great. Everything sounds better and is more balanced than the TV speakers. Plus the bar isn't taking up tons of room. Just sitting under the TV discreetly. Love it.

I really liked this movie. I have no idea why it bombed so terribly but the Pirates movies make money. It's pretty much the same character for Johnny Depp. But he's always playing some kind of weirdo in white make up. But this movie was funny, had good action, some pathos, great villains. I would like to see a sequel but I guess that will never happen. Haha.

I bought this to play with the Xbox One X in November so haven't played any games with it yet but it looks and feels nice. Has lots of customization features. And strange dragonfly wing buttons on the back of it that I'm not sure the use of. Guess I'll find out in a little over a month. It's heavier than a regular Xbox controller and feels more premium. But I don't know if I'd have splurged on it if I wasn't trying to gather points to buy the new iPhone in October. LOL

I was originally interested in a similar desk by a different brand but it had a glass top attached by suction cups or something and I wasn't too sure about the sound of that. This one was cheaper, especially after a price match, and "wood" so I gave it a shot for a home workspace. As others have mentioned it was a little bit of a bear to put together but more because I kept doing things backwards than anything else. User error! It seems to need some tightening now that I've had it up and using it for a couple weeks. It's got some space in the seams that I don't care for. And it's a little wobbly but not to the point where I think my computer is going to fall over or something. It looks nice and I think will be fairly durable once I tighten it up some. I put an entire AIO computer that's pretty big on the monitor shelf and it's holding up well. The desk surface is deep and wide and leaves plenty of room for me to open my books and write too. Definitely worth the price.

In early November Best Buy had a promo for a Sony 65" X850D for $300 off, one day only, and I went to the store and checked out the picture and thought it looked great so went ahead and bought it. But when I got it home the picture was terrible half the time, it had really bad backlight bleeds, it had freezing issues and would randomly shut down at times and I was so frustrated I returned it. I read on a few sites, after these issues unfortunately, that this Samsung model was the better model to get in the same price range so I got it instead and I have to say I'm so much more satisfied with it, thus far. Right out of the box it had a great bright clear picture. It has sturdy legs that can be mounted at two different widths on the bottom of the TV. That came in handy because the first time I attached them it was too wide for the stand I use. With the Sony I had to buy a calibration disc to try and straighten the picture out but this one I barely adjusted to my liking with no disc and it looks great across the board...Streaming, video games, live TV.
The only thing I am not a huge fan of is the tiny remote with strange buttons. I prefer something with numbers and buttons that are lit and easy to tell what you're doing or looking for. This is a tiny little curved black thing with barely noticeable buttons that aren't clearly labeled and are difficult to adjust to when you're used to having a hundred things to press and this has like 6. But I just added the Comcast remote and use it as the primary. I've had no issues with the Smart features or sound quality. Everything is working like a charm so far and I'm very happy with the TV. Such a relief after my experience with the other TV.
