I have had the ZTE axon 7 (mine is gold) for about a month now. Here are my thoughts. Fingerprint sensor: very fast and accurate. only missed my finger read a few times but I think it was more of me not having my finger on it properly Feel in hand: I would say this phone is on the larger end for midsize phones but its not too bad. My hands are defintely not big but I can still handle it with overall ease. I consistently have to use 2 hands to comfortable use it if I want to focus using it. Speed: its very fast, not highend flagship fast but for the $400 i dont have any complaints. I have started to notice some lag as I personalize the phone with a bunch of apps and multimedia files but still very smooth. I consistenly get 4G LTE on this phone in southern california (I travel consistenltly between the Inland Empire and San Diego) UI: There is an option to have the user interface or the operating system to run MiFavor(ZTE) or stock android. I like stock android so I choose to run it. As far as I can tell, its very close to stock android. Battery: Battery life so far has been great. On a regular day of use (without heavy Pokemon Going) I reach about 15-20% by the time get ready for bed around 10 pm. The quick charge 3.0 gets me back to full in about 1:30 hours. With heavy Pokemon Going I reach the 15% at around 6-7 pm. Camera: Im not very knowledgable on cameras but the pictures the axon 7 takes are defintely detailed and clear for general purposes. and it focuses and takes the pictures very fast also. *The main selling point of this phone is its audio speakers. I do0n't know all the specific details of the HiFi and other audio tech jargon, but the audio from music, youtube, and facebook, is plenty loud and clear. Overall I am very happy with this phone. I would have picked the Oneplus3 to try first however oneplus3 is limited to ATT & Tmobile networks and I didn't want to get stuck with my choices of cellular networks. Also the oneplus3 didnt have an external microsd option and I really wanted that, which the ZTE axon 7 does have it.. Although I am beginning to question whether I really need the microsd expansion because I have yet to insert my external microsd card into my axon 7 and have only used up 15gb out of the 64 gb storage. Only time will tell. But yeah im very happy with the Axon 7, its just an awesome phone for the price.
