The person who installed my sub was 20 minutes late for the appointment, took 5 hours for a 3 hour appointment. Told me that the amp I had was only 100 watts so I needed a new one (which was a LIE, it says right on the amp it's a 350 watt amp, which is MORE than enough!) total cost was almost $600 when I was quoted under $200 on the phone. If I need anything else, I will be going elsewhere in the future, because I was so disgusted by the service I received there, and because it cost THREE times as much as competitors for the same thing...I am probably never shopping for anything at best buy again.
