Case came apart

I bought this case in September and it has started coming apart on the side. In order to get a replacement, Moshi wants you to pay to ship your old case in and they will ship you another one. In the meantime I guess your phone goes unprotected. Maybe I just got a bad one but it's definitely not a good experience.
