Buyer Beware!!! Best Buy 15 Day Return Policy

This refrigerator was nicer at the store but once it arrived I was very disappointed in some of the features. I decided to keep it because at least it was working and all my issues with it were petty.
First, it's lopsided. It was never installed leveled and the guys left before I noticed it. The vegetable/fruit doors were very difficult to install and one doesn't slide in and out easily. The ice bin is lopsided, I think as a result of the frig being installed uneven. The doors don't line up about 1/8 of an inch off. The second bin from the bottom in the freezer falls off and I have to put something heavy in it to stay. The light on the inside of the refrigerator gradually turns on so there is a few seconds delay which is annoying. It's extremely more noisy than my old refrigerator, not a Frididare, when filling up the ice maker, the ice cubes are smaller and melt so fast. And finally, the water and ice dispenser is combined so you have to push the button each time if it's not on the one you want. It's extremely sensitive and if you pull away too fast you make a mess with either the water or the ice.
I've had this refrigerator for 40 days and it stopped working on me last night, only the refrigerator side. I tried unplugging it, resetting the sensors by powering down the refrigerator from the control panel and nothing worked. I'm so upset over this refrigerator. I couldn't sleep well last night not to mention having to move all my food so it wouldn't spoil or go bad only to wake up and the darn thing is cooling again. I've lost all my confidence in this Frigidaire and don't want it anymore! I'd rather buy another Samsung, at least it lasted 10 years.
I called Best Buy to return it as a defective item and they won't accept it because it's past their 15 day return policy even though the website allows for return of defective items. The Best Buy Manager referred me to the manufacturer. I'm really dissapointed in Best Buy for not honoring their defective return policy. I hate this refrigerator!
