Great product, the problem was purchasing from BB

Bought a brand new surface pro in the original packaging. Once opened and in the process of setting it up, discovered a hairline crack in the screen that was feathering and spreading. Took back to Best Buy within 48 hours and they would not exchange it for one with no damage. They refused to identify the possibility that the damage occurred in the area where they store these, and probably stack one on top of the other. I am tearing up my best buy card and cancelling the account. You will never see my face in your store again. POST THAT!!!!
