Not happy with filter prep!!!

Prepping this filter for the bottle is a major pain in the butt. It needs to be rinsed and soaked ....took me an hour, and after two flushings of the water tank, the water is still grey! The carbon powder from the filter leaches into the water.I really like the water cooler but NewAir needs to come up with a better design for the filter! Save yourself the trouble and buy a regular three gallon water jug!

Seems I received an open box item, although I paid full price. There was no instruction book with this water cooler.Can somebody tell me if the temp indicator lights on the front are supposed to stay on/lit? Mine don't.It seems to be OK otherwise, for the 24 hours, I've owned it. Doesn't leak. Water temps are as they should be.Prepping the filter (sold seperately) was a major pain. But it works and looks nice.

I love this kettle. My grandchildren use it for making cocoa and oatmeal. It heats up very quickly and has an auto shut off when it reaches boiling. There's no cord to worry about, since it detaches when removed from stand. I must say I'm pretty impressed with its performance for the very reasonable price I paid!

This vacuum cleaner was a Mother's Day gift to myself. I read all the reviews, and reviews of almost all the other offerings. I am very disappointed in this item. I charged it for 28 hours before I used it, then used it to vacuum dusty stairs (nothing heavy). The charge lasted apprx. 8 minutes. The dust cup is very small and it picked up dust, but not much else. I will be returning it...no 30 minute run time.

Brian of Insignia says that this fan does tilt. Other reviews say it doesn't, and still others say it tilts slightly. Could Brian please me much more specific? I want a fan that can tilt up fairly significantly.

I own two of these fans, one is bright steel and the other is gunmetal, which is sort of brushed, doesn't shine brightly. It also doesn't seem to be as powerful as the steel finished fan, nor does it tilt. The steel one does tilt, but not as much as I'd like it to. But both fans are pretty powerful and quiet. I really like them.
