Installation technician does not know how to install this equipment. Water poured all over our floor. Have scheduled 3 different appointments with Best Buy. They have confirmed the appointments, but have never showed up. This is the worst service I have ever experienced ... actually, no service. Will likely return everything and repurchase from a more dependable retailer. Won't be hard to find a better one.

My review is for Best Buy, not Bosch. I purchased a Bosch washer and condenser dryer set for about $3,000 to replace an older model that we had and were happy with. A condenser dryer is ventless, but the BB site required me to purchase the hardware for a traditional dryer in order to place an online order. I was ok with that and returned it along with other unnecessary accessories that I was forced to buy, but were not needed. The dryer was not installed properly. Despite multiple calls and a visit to a nearby store, Geek Squad and Bosch have yet to show up for 3 different scheduled appointments! I purchased the extended warranty, but that's a waste of money since no one ever shows up. Each call to customer service takes about 30 minutes, sometimes longer. We will likely return both units and repurchase the same Bosch units from a more dependable retailer.
