does it support Android phones?
They just did an upgrade on their software.
They removed the scheduling functions from the Apple and Android apps. You can only do scheduling from a computer now.
You can still watch captured video and stream to your phone.

Can you set up the cameras at say a vacation home that has no internet connection and moniter it from your home with internet 500 miles away?
we have a vacation home in another state 500 miles away. It has electricity but no internet. we would like to monitor our vacation home while at our house that does have internet.
No. It uses your router to communicate to your iPad and the internet to send alerts and video to you away from the station.

Can i see 4 cameras at once when logged on from my office?
I want to know if I can see all cams at one time if not how can i see the different cams?
Yep, you can log in and see all 4 cameras at the same time on the iPad app or the web page.

Camera's will be inside a warm home not out in the cold
I've had mine up for about 3 months - two of them outdoors and haven't had an issue yet.
They're set up for motion detection from 10 PM to 5 AM so they don't get a whole lot of use.
When you go to live camera view (which is what uses a lot of battery power) it has a little bar gauge.
