This is a great product, however, as I was connecting a Macbook Air I needed USB ports as well and I was able to get both with the Belkin USB port which gives 3 USB Ports as well as an Ethernet connectivity. Works great and now the Apple Macbook Air 13" is a much happier camper.

With this I was able to expand the number of USB3 connections on my Apple Macbook Air 13 to allow more HD or whatever I want to connect to the 13" Macbook Air 13". That as well as have the full ethernet speed for connecting to the router without using the WIFI.
