Does what I need it to do, back-up for computers and entertainment system. During brief outages our systems work flawlessly. for longer outages we keep most systems down and use the back-up units to charge cell phones.

The requirements for a cooling fan are pretty simple. Does it work and is it loud. I'm really pleased to report that not only does this fan work, but it seems much quieter than my old cooling fan that no longer worked.

Looking for a fan with regular plug to cool stereo cabinet with multiple components approx 30 cubic feet, very quiet, long life wall mount over hole.

I use a 120mm computer fan and it does a pretty good job drawing air through the cabinet. Choose the highest capacity with the lowest noise level. I use a rubber grommet to isolate the fan from the cabinet to keep it quieter. A USB charger provides plug-in and it's a simple matter to find the correct wiring

Increase airflow through your computer's case with this fan that features adjustable speeds.

What is the pin out for the connector

I would like a wiring diagram or description/specifications for the pin out for the connector to the fan. What is the voltage/current requirements? Which pins are for power? Which pins are for changing the speed, etc.
General wiring for most case fans:
Black is neutral, Red is +12 v DC.
Depending on age and model there may be another colored wire (sometimes blue, white, or yellow) that is not needed for the fan to run whenever there is power, only if it to be controlled by PC.
If you wire it backwards, it just won't wont run - switch the wires.
