Depends on where you want to mount it, how familiar you are with GoPro, and what quality of video you want. For overall entry to the system, I would go with Hero+; size, versatility, and ease of use, then Hero 4 Session; and for picture quality at a good price, Hero 4 silver. If you are starting out with your first GoPro, lean toward the Hero+.
