Needed a few more case fans on my build to move air more efficiently. However the 24CFM isnt all that impressive BUT the LED+ fiber optic that surrounds the fan bezel does give it a nice touch. Threw these fans on my radiator and its doing its job.

Snagged this after previous HDD died and so far I've had zero issues.
However in the store the item said it came with a SATA cable, it was a minor disappointment after I ripped open the box to hurry up and install my O/S and everything else that no SATA cable was to be found.

Great liquid cooler. Saw stable ~38 degree Celsius tempatures for an OC'd cpu @ a modest 4Ghz on full load. Cool little on-board monitoring set up within the pump itself. Plugs directly into a USB header on the mobo. You'll have to download it from coolermaster's site however.

Excellent software that monitors everything.
LED can change into any color. Any. You go through the color wheel and choose or turn it off completely.
Thermal paste is preapplied.
Good set up for a plug in and done system.

Doesn't come with the software driver cd. You have to manually search the software.
Plastic hose fasteners. The connection from hose to radiator seems like a weaker grade plastic. (It has held up so far but it is a concern)

Will this product work fine without the USB connection? just connecting it to the CPU fan connection and it will be ok? Also is the usb connection just a regular USB2.0 connector on the mobo?
I dont believe it would,
The cable itself has a male mini usb port on one end and a 20 pin USB header connecter on the other. That is placed into a slot on the mobo (doesnt matter if its 2.0 or 3.0.) The wire is for monitoring temps, voltages, stress, fan speeds, and of course powering the pump.
