Best Buy is tops in poor customer service

This product was defective. I installed it within five minutes of purchase, correctly, and the yellow visible guide layer malfunctioned, leaving yellow colorant in the invisible shield. I brought my phone back into the store, with the product partially installed, to show customer service the problem and exchange for a non-defective replacement. The employee refused to exchange the product, saying that the yellow colorant was my fault due to improper installation. He was very argumentative, and refused to listen to me. Upon my request, he went to get a manager, taking my phone and the product with him. The manager refused to come to the desk to speak with me.

I contacted the manufacturer about this issue. They immediately knew what I was talking about, and admitted that if the product sits out for a long time under store lights that the yellow guide can melt and stick to the invisible shield. They offered me a replacement. I do not like shopping at Best Buy because of their unpleadsant, unreasonable service.
