I purchased 2 of these as backups for a Christmas gift I'd bought for my nephews. First issue was they were out of new ones, so I was offered refills. The Items I ordered were supposed to be brand new. I had no problem with that because I've gotten refills before with my own sodastream unit and had no issues. So, I accepted them, packed them up with the gift and didn't think about it again. Well, that was until my nephews had finally used up the co2 that came with their unit and went to use the ones I'd gotten from Best Buy. Angry cannot even describe how I felt once I tried both containers and neither carbonated. To further add to my upset, I cannot even return them because it's past the 15 day return policy. So basically I'm stuck with 2 empty containers I will have no choice but to put out more money to exchange for refills. I plan to take my purchase elsewhere this time in hope I get what I actually pay for. I was not even going to bother reviewing this item, except after constantly receiving emails to do so, I assumed Best Buy must want me to give them a negative review. So here it is.
