I like being able to rinse and soak items before they go into the wash. It works very well and have not had a bad experience yet. Downside, I'm 5' 3'' and I can not reach the bottom of the washer without a grab bar, since that seems to be my only problem oh well.

I mostly got this for my grandchildren who have watched a couple of times and have now taken the movie back to their house. I heard them laughing numerous times during the movie and that's why I bought the movie, mission accomplished on grandmas part.
